"I recently dined at this new restaurant with my wife and son and was highly pleased. The vegetable dish was fresh and crispy, the tandoori chicken was delicious, and the other dishes were also excellent. The beer was cold, the staff was very polite, and the service was quick. We will definitely be back. It's worth noting that the restaurant is only open for lunch from 12 to 2:30 daily. However, there seems to be some confusion regarding their operating hours as the menu and website may indicate otherwise."

"The chairs were old and dirty, and the toilets, while modern, were not well-maintained. The restaurant could benefit from an upgrade. The starters were tasty, but the main courses were overly salty. The chef apologized and prepared a new main course that was much improved. We received a discount on the bill as a gesture of goodwill. The service was friendly."

"Disappointed with the food this time, as previously they food tasted way better. The naan bread tasted quite sour, it was hard and chewy. Also the tarka dhall didn't taste right. Don't know if it was because the food was cooked by a different chef or whether it was rushed as the restaurant was closing soon, (even though we had ordered 2 hrs before).The mixed grill however was okay."

"What a hidden gem. Authentic old school Indian restaurant, family run business for over 50 years. Used to eat here years ago then moved away. Returned 2 weeks running now for their excellent value banquet night on a Monday. Starter, main dish, rice, vegetable dish, bread and tea or coffee all for £13 each. The food was spot on, even took a doggie bag home! Piping hot and lots of it. Staff so attentive, nothing is too much trouble. Booked a table online. So easy. Would highly recommend. Will be back next Monday :"

"In the last year it has been opened we have been to Msala library probably four or five times, during summer or winter, eat in, take away or in the terrace it has never disappointed. "Best Indian takeaway I have had in 8 years that I live in the UK and I've had a quite a few!All the dishes are distinct and flavoursome. On big orders you get lots of complimentary sauces etc. Naan's are super fresh, surely cooked to order. Last time I had a lamb and mustard kind of curry, don't remember the name of it, but it was very very good and so much of it that I could finish it the next day and even when cold it tasted very very good. HIGHLY recommended to try this place"

"this was our first return visit to millions of years since the lockdown, and we were quite disappointed. while eating was as good as ever, the service was very bad. I appreciate the fact that the Mother's Day can be very busy for restaurants, but the staff tonight obviously had difficulty getting any kind of decent service. While we got several excuses, this was really not prepared for the simplest insights – e.g. we had to wait a considerable time for our drinks, and when we were asked for more water, we were asked 15 minutes later by the employees if we want more water? and when I was just trying to break off our coffee order, as he took so long, it came up. in all those times when we visited the smilion, we have never had any problems, but tonight I will certainly reconsider a return visit."

"I am a regular customer in mirchi his mine and my children first choice when it looks. we went to that evening, what I can say, the restaurant looks great! I was raised right away! decor looks at point. we had our usual ancestors of Masala fish and lamb looking kebabs. "Our order arrived at stated time..well it didn't take long to eat as we loved every dish. Each dish was generous in portion arrived piping hot. All meat was tender plentiful my vegetarian dish was amazingly tasty. I've written this straight after washing up as I was that impressed.
