"Staff were friendly and welcoming, and it’s always nice to be seated more spaciously at a table for if you are only in the party. Food came quickly and as described, and the main course lamb was truly excellent..tender, flavourful, and wellpresented. Liked the way of presenting a limited selection of desserts on a tray so you can see what you are getting. Would definitely return if nearby again"

"The customer service at this restaurant was very poor - dismissive and unhelpful. They did not listen to my concerns when I called. The delivery driver was rude and lazy, not willing to search for the address or leave the car. The food arrived over an hour late from the expected delivery time, leading to a total wait of 2 hours with no apologies or concern shown. The quality of the food was terrible, with most of it being inedible. The chips were soggy and cold, the chicken was unseasoned and pale, and the donner meat was tough and chewy. Overall, it was a complete waste of money."

"How do you simultaneously create both raw and overcooked chicken in one box well ken's found the way. I would not be shocked if my housemates found me dead the next day after eating this my god was it horrendous could not even finish it and already feel ill after eating just a couple pieces before giving up entirely on it. not worth even a single penny of the money spent genuinely the worst quality food I've had and that's saying something. I don't know whether to call this purposefully maliciously bad or just awful cooking either way how has this not been considered unsafe for public consumption and shut down already."

"The food was okish I get a lot better service when I actually go instore and the quality is much better instore however I made a Uber eats delivery and the food was really cold and half the food was missing so they sent the chips but not the burgers which is the main item , I rang the Uber eats driver he was certain that he did not tamper with the delivery and it was favourite chickens fault so then I rang favourites and they were really rude and blunt saying they did put the burgers in when they didn’t and they blamed it all on the driver and said there’s nothing they can do and that they won’t compensate me for my food , so basically we have uneducated people with extremely little customer service working there and very rude also did not want to send me more food or give a refund they blatantly turned around and said they’re not doing anything about it so they just like to rob people"
