"I placed an order at 6:50 PM and have yet to receive it. I called after an hour, but the phone kept going to voicemail. I then contacted the Belmont Street location, and they informed me that the Bridge of Don restaurant isn't even open, despite my confirmation email stating otherwise and the website indicating they were operational. They assured me that my food would arrive in no more than 20 minutes. After waiting another half hour, I called again and was told it was on its way and out for delivery, but it still hasn't arrived. We're a very hungry household here, hoping the food will at least be decent when it finally does come!"
