"The food is good if you can go in and pick it up yourself.... but tonight’s home delivery was diabolical! Ordered 5:45, Estimated delivery 6:45 (thought fair enough it’s Saturday evening) Delivered 7:35 It was just lukewarm and most has gone in the bin as It was not nice to eat and cold before we’d eaten much.... I wish they’d be honest if they’re really busy.... It’s Not fair making people wait that long, it’s a treat for a lot of people as money is tight. I can’t say if it was in an insulated bag as it was only in a paper bag at my front door... it should still be hot as I’ve bought in the shop and driven home and it’s hot without a proper insulated bag... Not good, unfair and no apology!"
