"I made a reservation for 4 tonight without realizing we actually needed 6 seats. The staff was so accommodating kind about it. I wanted to say thank you to the servers on tonight (specifically the girl with the hufflepuff tattoo) because I know it can be really frustrating when a mistake like this happens! she was incredibly welcoming and made it work for us. The food was also delicious the atmosphere was friendly homey! Thank you times a million for a great night the best servers !!"

"I see previous reviews were from 2014! I can honestly say WOW ! what a difference from then to now! The new owner/s have really worked hard, the place looks fabulous, the food is delicious. We just had a fresh crispy salad with a pizza that tasted like the dough had just been made, generous toppings and as its 2020! and we are in lockdown, the staff kindly brought the food out to me and put it in my boot. Thanks guys."

"Had breakfast there on Sunday. Great choice of food and nice place inside. Coffee was a bit lacking in flavour though, and my full breakfast, although tasty, was all different teperatures. Sausages, pancake and potatoes were hot but eggs, tomato and bacon were pretty cold. Would expect all ingredients to be kept warm and plated together? Will go there again though and hope for better luck next time, as overall was still pleasant."

"Ordered a large chicken tikka kebab with sauce separate at an extra cost from here and large chips and cheese got home to realise that there was no sauce and the chips were cold… I called to complain and he was so unhelpful and had a disagreement about it then eventually offered to give me my sauce which I paid for after speaking for ages in there own language but said I would need to come along for it and I said by the time I come all the way back along for the sauce my food will all be freezing and I want fresh chips they refused until I asked to speak to manager then he said bring all food back and we will replace it all so I did… I go all the way back along to get my fresh order and to return my food and explained that I was pregnant and can’t have the chicken reheated for them to then give me a donner wrap instead and reheated chips I got all the way home again to realise this and had to go all the way back for my refund! I wasted fuel there and back there and back again and they just looked at us and said it was another mistake shocking customer service and a ridiculous way to treat a pregnant woman"

"I ordered kebabs for me and a friend last night. when they arrived, they were completely burned and the chips tasted. my friend called them to say they were burned and unusable, but halfway through the conversation they put on him....When he called back to ask for a refund, they said it was not their fault, it was burned and then they began to say that they were closing, so nothing they could do. they didn't even apologize and I paid for eating that we gave to the dog. I'm not fussy, but it was like coal. they must also improve on the salat side. it is missing and no chilis. I will never use this place again. they sent out terrible food and refused to return my money. the most expensive piece of dog food."

"Was really fancying a pizza so got a barbeque chicken pizza for dinner which was at a good price. Delivery on the website stated that it would arrive in 45 minutes however the meal arrived over an hour after when it was supposed to arrive. The shop which I had phoned in to ask what was going on and the staff stated that our pizza had left the shop around 30 minutes before it actually arrived. I live only about 5 minutes away from the shop so I don't understand how a pizza that has just left the shop took so much time to arrive at my house. The pizza when it arrived was pretty good but a little cold. I would recommend pizza boy as it has good food and prices however I would highly reccomend not using delivery."

"One of the best places the on the street to order pizza with multiple options. I would highly recommend the pan pizza which is a speciality and is only available in pizza hut and the cookie also hits the right spot. The staff including the manager are a super friendly bunch, always ready to help and a quick chat. Especially Akash who works in the evenings is a joyous guy , makes smacking pizzas and you can rely on him to get the order done right. I would recommend anyone to try this pizza hut joint and you'd definitely like their food and the people who work there."

"the waitress was helpless – not trained about what is on the menu, not attentive, brought us plates and best for us to put them themselves, with water, etc. eating was overcooked. airline foods taste better. the hostess was cheerful and friendly, but had a little difficulty to locate my reservation (later found out, open table reservations are written manually on a separate sheet paper). the view of the bridge in the night is fantastic, but this is the only good thing the restaurant has to offer. very sad."

"We fancied a juicy burger after a long walk and whilst descending the mountain I googled our options. The Filling Station came up and looked good. So glad we decided to give it a go. Such a warm welcome on arrival and a nice, chatty...atmosphere inside. Simple but substantial menu, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our burgers, milkshakes and drinks. Leftover milkshake was happily given to us by the lovely lady behind the bar a small gesture but really appreciated. Looks like it gets good trade all day, and so it should. Would recommend and certainly come back when next in the Lakes."

"I visited this place at lunchtime with a friend who lives in Hull, so she recommended it. There was seating inside, as well as some outside on the street. It had a nice relaxed atmosphere, with piano music playing. We were told we could order by the app, which allows 10% off the bill. Or we could order at the bar. We decided it would be easier and quicker for us to order at the bar. But we were met by a very unwelcoming guy who told us that he didn’t have time to take our order, as he was far too busy. So our only option was the app! Not the best customer service, but anyway we ordered by the app which was fairly straight forward. The food was very nice and we had a lovely relaxing catch up. I would definitely recommend this place also visit again. Despite the stressed out moody barman, the rest of the staff were lovely the service was excellent."

"I had been to this restaurant located in Nottingham,UK. I could not find them here but i'm rating it here : I had been here with my cousins and its a lovely place....its to die for!!! The staff are very friendly and disciplined.It has a WIFI connectivity available...you need to register first though...The food is simply amazing and delicious....If you live in the UK or anywhere...you must definitely visit this place!!!! I've been told all the Chiquito Restaurants all over are very good...personally got to experience it...Its quite expensive but the food is worth paying so much!! I would definitely visit this place next time when I visit The UK. Its a great place to hangout with family and cousins : Keep up the great work you guys have done : A humble request from is that you should open a branch in Bangalore,India. "We haven’t been to a Frankie Bennys for years but called in on a random wet Sunday for lunch. No booking but we’re seated straight away, drinks order taken immediately brought over before we’d even gotten our coats off. We shared the starter for 2 which was really good, probably the highlight of the visit. The mains were quick to follow were really tasty filling. Would have loved a dessert but were too full, will do next time though. The drinks were refreshed during our visit, the staff were polite prompt. Looking forward to coming again! Dietary restrictions: They have an extensive gluten free menu on the back of the normal menu. It’s so nice to not have to ask for one specifically the options choices are plentiful. Would definitely bring our celiac family members here as it would give them the chance to feel included as so many other restaurant chains make them feel uncomfortable for their dietary requirements.
