"Firstly, let me just say that I am a big Nando’s fan all the way but I was very disappointed with this branch today. I came in asking for table for 1 at 6:30pm. The waiter told me I need to wait 10 15’ before I get a table even though there was over 10 free tables on both floors combined)! I got the table within 10’ great, I made an order straight away as I always have my usual in Nando’s. The water facility wasn’t working on the first floor so I had to go downstairs, it would’ve been nicer for the waiter to just bring me the water already in the glass from downstairs but never mind. The toilets were two floors down in the basement I had to catch my breath after coming back up), there was vomit in the ladies sink, absolutely disgusting. Even though the restaurant was still half empty I didn’t get my meal until 45 minutes later and that’s after I had to ask the waiters twice to check whether my order was in the making!! And they brought me a wrong order… at which point I didn’t even bother addressing it. This branch needs massive improvement!"
