"I ordered a turkey gobbler sub and was surprised to find it made with smoked turkey and without jellied cranberry sauce. Unfortunately, the sub was quite disappointing and very salty. My friend paid for it, so I didn't voice my concerns at the time, but the shop really needs to improve their sub-making skills. I used to run a deli, and our turkey gobblers were definitely worth reordering, unlike this one."

"I've never been to mexiko, so I don't know how authentic Mexican cuisine tastes. but whatever chimichanga served was exotic. my four-year-old loved his child's meal. enchilada that I ordered was delicious and more than enough for one like me, who is not a pecker. we have crossed the left side and my son has restored every bite to it the next day. so much that now, when we go to the xscape mall, he asks for enchiladas instead of fritten or burgers."

"Having eaten here on numerous occasions I would have to say we were very disappointed with the level of service on this occaision. There were only 3 tables occupied in the restaurant and there was plenty of staff sadly they seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than paying attention to the needs of the customers. I would say that this was out of character however having finished our meal and waiting for 15 minutes i had to leve my table and go to where 5 members of staff were happily chatting away to ask whether someone could clear our table and take an order for desserts. A poor customer experience"

"the villa toscana serves brilliant pasta, which should be given for an Italian restaurant, but they also serve the most amazing seafood. this, combined with good service and a beautiful interieur means that I would definitely go back and if it is on the menu either the atlantic prawns or ravioli in sage butter are worth a try."

"Amazing, from start to finish the whole experience was superb. The hostess was fab, just the right level of interaction, courteous, polite and service was top class. The sort of experience you'd expect in a fine dining restaurant but without the fine dining price. 3 courses for 2 and a couple of drinks for under £50! Every course was presented exquisitely, cooked to perfection and served perfectly. Top marks and hats off to the chefs. Food was brilliant!!!!!! Highly highly recommend, especially for couples. Just remember to take some cash, you'll want to tip, it's just that good!!!"

"Once we entered we was greeted and showed to a table very quickly by a very polite lady, she asked us if we wanted drinks and brang them promptly, she maintained serving us whenever we needed and was very polite and caring to our needs, the starters (scampi for me prawns for the mrs) were fastly served with bread and butter which was a great addition to the meal, my starter was very tasty, the main was very nice but hampered by our inexperience to pick the correct steak as the tbone was mainly bone of course lol it was cooked well and the fries were nice too, all in all very impressed got abit noisey with a group that came in because it's a small restaurant felt very involved with their activities, Bill was fair and food was decent would try again. "Lovely building in a Scots Baronial style, Balhousie Castle is the Regimental Headquarters of The Black Watch, 3rd Battalion, Royal Regiment of Scotland (3 SCOTS) and has some fantastic galleries and exhibitions within, including eight Victoria Crosses and the stories of them. There's also a very poignant reflection room with names on the wall of all the fallen men of the Black Watch that can easily bring a tear to an eye. Right now they have a secondary exhibition on entwined with the normal galleries of various models of Scottish buildings and articles of a Scottish nature built out of lego. A large, bright and airy cafe that seemed very popular and, although we didn't eat there, the smells of the food went round my heart like a hairy worm. A must visit if you're in Perth or indeed if you live in Perth and have never been. Nemo me impune lacessit"

"First impression on walking into this restaurant within the college was a surprise at how smart, well furnished and decorated it is. Lovely comfortable chairs and well spaced tables. As good as any top class restaurant. The student staff were all smartly dressed with name tags and we were given a very warm welcome. There was a selection of fresh baked rolls waiting on the table for us. The menu, which changes regularly, had a choice of three dishes for each course and was very reasonably priced. A full wine list of wines by glass and bottle was also well priced. The food was excellent and very well presented. Altogether a great experience and we will definitely go again."

"We recently dined at this restaurant and absolutely recommend it. The food was amazing and the service was outstanding. There is a wide variety of dishes available, ranging from popular curries to more unique options from Indian and Nepalese cuisine. We stayed late and instead of calling a taxi, the owner graciously offered us a ride back to our hotel in the vicinity. The atmosphere was really pleasant and welcoming. We will definitely be returning in the future."

"went for sunday lunch, 1st course mushrooms, well presented and ok. then 2 turkey slices 1 beef for sunday lunch, meat had no taste at all, texture was of a ready meal put on a nice plate with 3 aunt bessies roast potatoes, gravy that was very thin and veg that had little taste. pudding jam sponge which was fine but probably was bought out of supermarket. would not recommend sunday lunch"

"Always excellent we have been many times! Tuesday's visit was a little different in that the fire alarm was triggered part-way through our meal. Fortunately, we had eaten the hot, main course and were just waiting for our desserts. Staff and students alike coped with the potentially difficult and awkward situation calmly and efficiently. It didn't detract from our enjoyment one little bit. Our serving staff were excellent, with just the right balance of participating in a friendly way with the conversation and giving us space when appropriate. The food was excellent. All in all, another very enjoyable experience! Thank you so much to college students and staff!"

"It was a lovely evening and staff were very attentive, my husband and one other had the pork which was a little stuff but I had Gammond egg and chips it was lovely, 2 others had the mullet and they said it was lovely. It would have been great if they had custard available for the treacle tart which kinda let the sweet down for one of our party. But all in all was very pleased with the evening and will return again soon."
