"I had booked a table for 2 as it was hubbies birthday. When we walked in we were warmly greeted and shown to our table upstairs. Please note there is a lift available). The chair was comfy and plenty of table room. The waiter brought our lunch menu and explained the dishes on offer. Please note they have changed the lunch menu to that shown on their site). It now a choice of three complete menu dishes. We ordered the meat menu and it arrived on a sectioned stainless steel plate and we were not disappointed what was on it. One section for starter, three section holding chicken, lamb different curries, boiled rice and chapatti. Oh boy was it tasty and we cleared our plates. We washed it down with a J20 and Coke. The bill was £25.80 to which £5.90 was for the drinks). I would recommend this place and for one will definitely be going back."

"Very poor. More like a takeaway with tables. Didn’t have the options advertised on their website. Order via a QR code and pay upfront. No waiting staff- just servers. Food took half an hour to come and it all comes at once (starters mains) and then the drinks came after. Food was edible but nothing special. Toilets weren’t clean. I will never go back"

"The food was not good at all. It all tasted the same. From the curry to the ribs to the satay chicken. Even the salt and pepper prawns were in the same dark brown liquid that was not nice at all and that dish should have been dry. I wasted my money as I had to throw it all away. The soup was the only thing I could eat. The rice looked and tasted as if it was out of a packet, no tasted and the texter was like rubber. I want a refund."

"I ordered Indian food using the Just Eat app and I must say, I love a good Indian takeaway. The curry was creamy and delicious, the naan bread was fresh, and the onion bhaji was delightful. "We ordered 6 different dishes chosen by this establishment, and I'm sorry to say that utterly appalling was our conclusion. All three of us agreed that it was all practically inedible and disgusting. I was attracted initially by the fact that Nepali dishes were served here including mojo. The momo were inedible along with almost everything else we ordered including the nan bread which was so dried out, it was like cardboard. Obviously not made on site. We are amazed this place has been in business for any length of time. The on Y acceptable food we received out of nearly £40 of different dishes was the pilau rice. Very sad to report this, we has higher expectations. Avoid this place if you like good quality food."

"Great service and environment, the interior is really spacious and escapes the traditional dim atmosphere. I had breakfast on my own and felt really welcome. The breakfast menu does not offer anything overly impressive but it has all the classics to accommodate different tastes; the food was well cooked and brought out almost immediately. The day was overly cold (big snow day) and the waiter didn't mind I was holding onto my Starbucks take-out-hand-warmer of a tea, which was nice. The place is decent and I am looking forward to a chance to visit again, hopefully to try the dinner service"

"Ordered through just eat and we waited 45 mins as advised so once we we waited an hour and still no food we phoned and was told it was on the way without asking for our address. We then waited 10 mins and then phoned again and then was told the driver tried to deliver and left because he couldn’t find us then was told the driver would come back within 10 mins. After this we said no we don’t want cold food and cancel the order and then within 5 mins the driver was at our door saying the food was only ready 10 mins before and he picked it up with the food being cold No one knows what’s going on and argue on the phone with you even though you are the ones paying for this shocking service."

"Ordered through Uber eats and was given an estimated delivery time. Food still hadn’t arrived half an hour after this time so we called them and they said the food was on its way. Continued to wait for another half an hour and decided to...call again. This time no matter how many times we tried it said “user busy”. Food eventually arrived well over an hour after the stated delivery time and was no longer hot. On eating we discovered that the chicken satay skewers we had ordered were raw"

"kismet tandoori, which I should explain to the inappropriate, is an adventurer, no restaurant, is my go-to Indian takeaway in cambridge for many, many years (at least and in all the time I can only remember that disappointed meals. One...was where I had asked for extra seasoning in a biryani, and it had not been added (a disorder in the communication between the receiving cook), and once when a dhansak was under par (usual cook on holiday all the other paints my extra spicy biriyanis and my dhansaks (my two favorites) were absolutely delicious. I have lived in a couple of different parts of cambridge, but apart from a short time after the disappointing dhansak when I visited another facility that subsequently closed, I always go out of mine to give kismet my use. I can't comment on re-delivery as I always collect personally. I like that they better recycle their food in foil containers the portion size is generous and eating is always a good temperature."

"Its two years since I last visited here for breakfast. It remains a cracking good place to eat. There is a full and varied breakfast menu. The coffee is good, better than one from the standard chains. Service is good, speedy and staff are very pleasant. Pleasant atmosphere. Staff are a bit distant, but good at what they do.
