"I've been a regular customer of Leonardos for some time now, but unfortunately, I've encountered a recurring issue that's been quite frustrating. It concerns the consistent omission of dips from my orders. On several occasions, I've placed orders that included dips, and when the delivery arrives, the dips are nowhere to be found. I've made it a point to immediately notify the delivery driver about the missing items, hoping for a quick resolution. The driver typically contacts the shop to report the issue, and I've been assured that the missing dips would be sent with the next driver. However, what's disheartening is that this promised resolution never materializes. The next time I place an order and request the missing dips from a previous order, they are, yet again, not included. It's an unfortunate cycle that seems to repeat itself, leaving me with an incomplete meal experience. As a loyal customer, I value the convenience and quality of Leonardos offerings, but this consistent oversight regarding the dips has been a source of frustration. I believe that a great customer experience includes timely and reliable service, which, in my experience, has been lacking in this regard. I kindly request that Leonardos addresses this issue promptly to ensure that all orders are fulfilled as expected.
