"AVOID THIS PLACE We went here last night after a couple of drinks as there wasn’t much choice left to grab food. We sat and ate some of the worst food I’ve tasted in Edinburgh, cheap sauces and hugely processed rubbish. We got our cash ready to pay and we’re told that display prices above the counter were wrong and they charged us roughly double those prices. After half eating the food we couldn’t bare we sat for a couple of minutes. From behind the counter he started screaming at us so randomly to get out if we weren’t eating baring in mind we’d just finished our nasty overpriced food. He then started shouting at another quiet man who was sitting on a bench located in front of the glass cabinet because he was to close. Don’t put a seat there if people aren’t allowed to use it!? Feeling very disappointed and violated, we went on our way. Will be reporting to trading standards too as this really affected us last night. God knows how they treat all other customers."

"Absolutely awful experience! After waiting nearly 3 hours for my food, and several phone calls later. They tried to say the driver has already delivered my food this was not the case. "I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this restaurant. It used to be a favorite spot of ours, but recently it seems they are taking advantage of customers by overcharging and serving lower quality food. It's unacceptable to charge high prices for food that is no longer worth it. This is not the first time we have had issues with our orders being incorrect or overcharged. It's time for this restaurant to address these issues and improve their attitude towards their customers."

"I like good food, but I'm not particularly demanding either. This food is by far the worst I've ever tasted in Birmingham since the last 10 years or so. I ordered 2 kebabs (pita chicken) and a cheese burger. I was hungry yet I couldn't eat any of them. The burger meated tastes like polystyrene or something. Kebab meat was greasy beyond imagination. There are many kinds of quality in kebab meat, this one is clearly the bottom one. It was also full of these cheap chili and mayo sauce. The overall impression is that every single ingredient of this food is the cheapest existing on the market. Don't expect to enjoy this food, except if you are accustomed to extremely low standards."
