"We came here for a birthday dinner on Monday evening. We ended up increasing our booking from 4 people to 12, and they were more than happy to accommodate us. They let us switch tables and were very helpful. It was a birthday celebration, and we were looked after very well. The staff consistently checked on our drinks, engaged in good banter, and were really nice to talk to. They were also excellent at handling any requests. The food came out quickly, and they served generous portions without holding back. The cold dishes and the rest of the buffet were good, with nothing to complain about. However, it would be great if they could offer one or two more vegetarian dishes, as there were a few vegetarians at our table and the choice was a bit limited. Nonetheless, I understand that they are not primarily catering to vegetarians. It's hard to find good restaurant staff nowadays, so I hope the manager/head office appreciates the Brighton team and rewards them for their hard work. To sum up, I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for something like this. The service is great, and from what I could tell, people were happy with the food. thanks guys!"
