"The swan really bad went Friday afternoon to meet a friend had some drinks my daughter who is met us after college . The disgusting rude doorman came after my daughter accused her of drinking , she hadn’t even sat down . Asked to...speak to a manager he was hiding somewhere didn’t even show his face . Also the toilets are disgusting no toilet roll and stink . Definitely will never go back again"

"The venue failed to honour our booking blaming your site. It took 30 mins to get a drink, as the venue failed to bring in extra staff when a major event was being hosted in the nearby stadium. I know hospitality has had a really tough time lately, but businesses like this deserve to go bust. Avoid like the plague unless you like terrible service."
