"So where do I begin.... I thought I 'd try this establishment again after having a good ish experience, this time As a take away. Please understand I live 2 roads away from this restaurant and waited an hour and 5 minutes for my food! Whilst on the phone to an incompetent manager the food was received and was STONE cold! The excuse was given to me from the manager that yes it is only 25 minutes late what is the big problem which I brought to his attention that it was NOT 25 minutes late as I was told 30 minutes remember 1hour 5minutes! I requested a full refund in which I was called by a senior manager who was at home. This coward of a man is rude, unknowledgeable, incompetent and disgusting and is very lucky he has not met me in person! Especially after hanging up on me because he didn 't like it when I made a fool of his solutions as they were totally a joke. He started the conversation by calling me a liar, suggesting I TEXT him my bank details for a refund to which I declined for obvious reason, he then proceeded to shout and try to be sarcastic! Biggest mistake to make and didn 't like it when I put him in his place. Then demanded I never order from him again and that I was wasting my time as his restaurant was the absolute best I the area! HAHAHA funny mate. After an hour of arguing and him contradicting his own points I made sure he understood that receiving my refund immediately was the best solution as I would take this further. I will be seeing him"

"I visited Passage to India with a friend on her recommendation. I often don’t go to the strip of restaurants opposite the Playhouse as they can be busy due to pre-theatre traffic but we went a little later to avoid most of this. From the outside the restaurant looks tiny bit it is a narrow, long dining space so there is plenty of room inside. I was delighted to see that chicken balti was on the menu so I couldn’t resist ordering it as it harked back to my university days when I first discovered curry. For my starter I ordered lamb chops. My dining companion for the evening went for hariyali chicken as a starter and chicken biriyani as a main. We couldn’t resist getting poppadoms and a pickle tray too."

"As soon as I entered the modern and clean restaurant, I received a very warm welcome. The space was quite large with separate areas for couples, families, and parties. I was asked about my meal, which included biryani and t.dhall. The food was incredibly delicious, with a nice lightness to it and a perfect blend of aromatic spices. The quality of the lamb used was exceptional. Both my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals and we will definitely be returning with our extended family next time."

"I went recently as part of a party of Our meal was scheduled for we did not get our starters until just after These were between a table of onion bhajis, pieces of a chicken kebab, pieces of a lamb kebab and pieces of another chicken kind of kebab. I personally eat vegetarian when I go out and was left to eat onion bhaji. The main courses came, between people (not counting myself as the vegetarian option), there were small plates of pilau rice and bowls of a chicken tikka masala"no idea and lamb dish (also unknown) both served in small ceramic bowls. I naan bread was chopped up into small slivers for people. I had the vegetarian option. This consisted of a bowl of onions with a piece of red pepper, a piece of green pepper and green bean in. I complained and very reluctantly they provided what was supposed to be included in the meal palak aloo. This was overcooked and tasteless.Not a place to be recommended for parties as they very obviously could not cater for this large group. I have no idea if it is better to go back as a small party or but I have no desire, after this experience, to try it.Also, if in a large party, make sure you know the drinks prices as several of our party were overcharged for their drinks."

"When I first ate at this restaurant it was really good value for money as i booked the 50% offer. However on this occasion, the menu had changed and the prices have increased. Nevertheless, the food is tasty and not oily, but a bit too spicy. I t would be good if they could give the option on whether you want the dishes mild, medium or hot. Service was really good and quick. The staff are very attentive. I will definitely go again, but only if opentable or restaurant had the 50% offer!"

"This is our (wife and two teenage daughters favourite Indian restaurant in Leamington and the numerous times that we have been we have not been disappointed with the food or service. The mistake we keep making is over ordering! However, they will provide boxes to allow you to take the food home (which the girls will then take for their school lunch! . Food is tasty, although on the pricy side. But you can taste the quality. The ambiance is very relaxed. We will generally go for family birthdays, but on this occasion it was a post celebration at the park. Very quiet in the restaurant on this occasion. Will go again, and will recommend. "we went for the first time on Friday. I'm shocked it won't heaving! the food was delicious, the staff was so friendly and did not linger or hasten you. there was so much choice on the menu and loved that they could see in the kitchen that proved they had nothing to hide! the ice cream is amazing when they can choose a taste, the naan looks amazing and they were so helpful with diet requirements. if they enjoy beer and do not drive, they try the king cobras, but warn them are quite strong! we took two parent groups, both of whom said it was the best indian they were, the facility that was the personal everything brilliant. 100% recommended!"
