"Let's see, walked in and was calm, played music and was served by the waiter who sat on us. Both waiters and managers were kind, they gave us honest opinions about the food, and when they thought something would not fit our range, they told us. The food was fast and the service flew as it should. It is a shame that there were only 3 other tables of 3 and 5. An atmosphere would have created a perfect evening. I say I can't blame food, drink, service or hygiene. The fact that they show a window in the kitchen only builds my confidence that the hygiene standard it in the entire restaurant and not just the front. We will definitely return as I now have one of their loyalty cards and get both offers and points. Maybe we'll bring some more people. On a last note, the manager spoke to us about a Rajesh Khana Tribute Night, would like to go there for this. It seems to be an ongoing monthly event. Can wait until they start."

"I am pleased to have discovered a traditional, unassuming Indian restaurant in London like Ruhits. It reminds me of the ones I used to visit growing up in Kenton, Harrow. I prefer this over fancy Indian cuisine. The balti butter chicken at Ruhits is delicious, with generous portions at a reasonable price. The seating is comfortable, not like uncomfortable wooden or wicker chairs. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Ruhits."

"We’ve ordered from Paprika multiple times since moving to Reading and I honestly can’t rate them enough. The food is ALWAYS amazing and on time. I’ve never had a bad or even mediocre dish from them. The potions are plenty, the food always comes hot and is reasonable priced. The delivery driver is really friendly too. If they had a sit in restaurant I would be there all the time. 100% would recommend."

"The presentation and packaging of the food is excellent, probably one of the best I’ve seen. However the quality and taste of the food is very bad not authentic at all. I ordered the fish madras and fish masala. The fish madras tasted very tomatoey like they just poured a whole tin of tomatoes with no spice or flavour, tasted more like a stew. The fish masala was basically like eating a desert, basically a ton of sugar and thick creamy coconut. I think they cater to a certain type of demographic"

"I have ordered takeout from this restaurant a few times due to COVID restrictions, and I must say, it's the best Indian food I've had in a long time. The food is made with fresh spices like coriander and has just the right amount of spice for me - not too overwhelming, but still leaves you feeling hot after eating. The staff is also very friendly. I particularly enjoyed the Aloo Gobi (cauliflower and potatoes in curry sauce) and one of the Dhaal dishes."

"Went for a work night out and Bombay Spice did not disappoint! They called a couple of hours before the reservation to confirm which was reassuring. On arrival a friendly welcome. We weren't rushed and everyone said they really enjoyed the food. Didn't have to wait long after ordering for things to arrive. Overall a great place. Tasty food, friendly staff, reasonably priced and a welcoming atmosphere."

"We were a party of five and booked a table for dinner 20.00 hours. As usual,on arrival, we were warmly welcomed and shown to our pre-laid table. I ordered poppadoms for my starters followed by chicken Naga with a mushroom bharji and a pilau rice as side dishes. One of the best things about this place is that no matter what you order, the dishes are served up looking and smelling wonderful and perfectly cooked and always good portions. We have been coming here now for many years and have never been served up with a poor dish. We hope the place never changes and shall certainly returun again in the near future."

"We were seated promptly, but had to wait for our menus to arrive. After ordering, there was a significant wait for our food and our appetizers arrived at the same time as our main course, resulting in a table full of cold food. Overall, we were not very impressed with the service. The food itself was good, but it would have been better as an appetizer before our main meal. "I would give this restaurant 4 stars, although 3 stars might be a bit too low. This was my first time ordering from here and I was pleased with how quickly the food arrived. It was piping hot, which was a major plus. I ordered onion bhajis, chicken chat, chicken dhansak, and chicken madras, along with rice and naan bread. While I personally found the food to be slightly lacking in flavor, my wife enjoyed it when she reheated it the following evening. The dishes were hot enough, but just needed a little more seasoning for my taste. There was a generous amount of sauce, which I liked, and the chicken was decent."

"We made a last-minute dinner reservation for a party of 5 colleagues. Despite being busy on a Thursday, we really enjoyed the warm and friendly atmosphere of the restaurant. "This Indian restaurant in Edinburgh is probably one of the most overlooked gems. The food felt just like home-cooked meals and the flavors were so delicious that I ended up dining here two days in a row. I sampled nearly all of the vegetarian dishes on the menu and was impressed by everything. I especially enjoyed the Sambar, but honestly, you can't go wrong with anything you choose to order here."

"Sadly the service was a let down . Only two sweet waiters trying their best to keep up with the table orders and the phone take always and pick ups . The lights were too bright , and we were seated by the window where people passing on the bus and walking past could see exactly what we were eating . When the food finally arrived it was delicious . Well worth the wait . We got to meet the owner to and he kindly allowed us to voice our opinion which I believe he really took on board . I would have also preferred to hear Asian music instead of dated pop music. Dimmed lights , more privacy , more staff and Asian music . Certainly would be a big hit .. Lovely night over all and I wish this place well as the owner was such a gentleman ."
