"I was looking to have something to eat whilst looking around Leeds about 9pm, when I unmistakenly got the whiff of a chip shop. Having visited Leeds quite a few times and stayed in Vicar Lane Travelodge a number of times, was unaware of a nearby fish shop. The smell led me to Nash,s. No customers in, so ordered fish, chips, curry sauce and cup of coffee.Bit of a wait, but presumed it was the cooking of my order of fish. Sat at a table and a tv with country music videos was playing on the wall. Supper came on crockery plate, with metal cutlery and a mug of coffee with seperate jug of milk and the curry sauce came in a seperate dish too. All hot, clean and no complaints about the meal whatsoever. Total price was £8.50. whilst having my meal some customers for a takeaway called in and a steady stream of orders seem to have gone out the door, maybe from justeat. Will call again. Really nice, thank you."

"I went to this restaurant to grab some chips for my partner and myself before catching the train. I had heard good things about this place and wanted to give it a try. I placed my order and was told it would be a few minutes, but it ended up taking closer to 15 or 20 minutes. I was fine with this as I knew they were cooking it fresh. I stood by the wall to stay out of the way, as there was nobody else in the shop. However, I was told to take a seat. I politely declined and said I preferred to stand. The staff then threatened to give me a refund if I didn't sit down. When I asked why I needed to sit, they couldn't provide a reason and attempted to give me my money back. I refused and eventually received my food, which was okay but not the best I've had. The customer service was terrible, and based on this experience, I would not return to this restaurant."

"We were visiting Brighton for the day so looked up the reviews and came here..... We have eaten Fish and Chips all over the country.....for years..... The shop is something you just drive past without much thought on a normal day.... However once you visit the place.... The fish and chip is just Magical..... its better then perfect. I cannot stop telling friends and family. Its so good the wife agrees with me for a change...lol. I cannot recommend the place high enough..... this is a no brainer..... come here and discover for yourself. You will not be disappointed. This will now be the only place to get F/C when we are visiting Brighton.... The guy is very welcoming. If I could add another start to this review we would. Wife, Me and the Son loved the food, simply the best F/C.... and you can just tell the oil is so fresh and good quality. I amin food Heaven...."

"I loved it! very attentive friendly staff. two of us dined and shared a mixed tauchant with warm Pitta bread. Dip option did not come by default with taramasalata that we love so that they included some anyway without additional costs. my partner had a melt in the mouth lamm kleftico for porn that came with a choice of rice, herby kartoffeln or chips. I chose the mousakka (delicious) that came to her. I wanted to order a small Greek salate to go with it, but instead our beautiful waiter said he would anyway contain some on the side. a lot, with a beautiful wedge of Feta cheese. dessert was a piece of flaky baklava for him, and a bright heavenly orange cake for me, with a few mythos, and a few glasses local Greek wine. authentic Greek cuisine and hospitality best. we will be coming back"

"The prices are expensive, but the quality of the pizza does not justify the cost. I have had better pizzas from the frozen food section of the supermarket. The pizza crust tastes pre-made and the toppings seem to be straight from bulk packaging. I was unsure if the toppings had even been removed from the plastic bag before being placed on the pizza. I would recommend avoiding this place."

"The meal was delicious and delivered quickly. I particularly enjoyed the quality of the chicken and marinade. The falafel could have been a bit fresher, but the portion size was generous and paired well with the salad. I will definitely be visiting again."
