"I have frequented this restaurant many times in the past, but recently I have noticed a decline in quality. I decided to give them one last chance and ordered an extra large portion of Donner meat and chips. Unfortunately, I was once again disappointed. The amount of Donner meat was minimal, probably only about 10% of the dish. Essentially, I paid £7 for mostly chips. The prices have also increased significantly, while the portion sizes have become unreasonably small. This will be my final visit to this establishment."

"Now over 20 visits. Lovely young ladies who serve. But that’s now 8 times I’ve asked for a mild dish. MILD. Have made a huge point of repeating the fact. It gets less mild every visit. As if it’s made hotter on purpose. I’ve took 2 friends now on different occasions. Lassies serving are lovely. Cheesecake is amazing but I’m fed up trying to explain what mild means. "I've been using Natural Spice for years and years. After the last change of management or refurb, the food only got better but strangely the Poppadoms got a little soft. I didn't give on and they have nailed it Okay it's a small detail but when the food gets better and that first pompom doesn't crunch, it smarts a bit Happy to say they fixed the smallest detail. This isn't Indian. It's British Indian food with Arabic and Mediterranean flavours. I recommend that you deep dive the menu and don't be afraid to ask them to add subtract and mix ingredients for you #natspicebromance"

"Recently ordered a FULL lamb chasni which should come with both rice and naan, however only received rice. My bottle of coke was also out of date. Called up to rectify the issue and initially it sounded like they will send a naan to me, then got a call back 2 minutes later to say it doesn't come with a naan, a full is either rice or naan, I pointed out that is not what it says on the menu.. they blamed the host of the menu (Being Just Eat). I took him at his word, seemed weird, but arranged to have a free drink next order. Later I talked to a couple of people who use the take away regularly, they told me yes it should come with both, I checked a competitor to JE they use Scoffable says the exact same thing comes with both, and a physical menu I had also says the same thing. So they guy actually lied to me to save himself sending out a naan, even though he was going to send a driver back for a refund for the drink initially. Really Really sad, the food quality was actually good... it was soured by a lie to save a couple of pounds. Now word of mouth will spread with some people and they lost customers already from the 2 that spoke to me. Absolutely silly thing to do."

"My daughter came to this restaurant yesterday to have a pizza. She is 11 years old. She ordered a cheese pizza that was advertised as £5. However, the man serving her asked for £6.50 instead. When she pointed out that the menu clearly stated £5, he insisted that it was actually £6.50. He then started to become impatient with her when she continued to argue that it was £5. It was not a good experience trying to rip off an 11 year old."

"This is a review of a restaurant that I had a disappointing experience at. Upon arriving, I ordered a hoagie that had an unexpected ingredient in it. When I questioned the staff member about it, he made inappropriate comments about wanting to explore my body. He then followed a minor into the restroom, and the child was not seen again after he left. This behavior is absolutely disgusting, especially for a restaurant with "king" in its name. Stay away from this establishment."
