"Came into a busy ish restaurant, went to the bar to get a drink while we waited for our table. Sat at the bar, looked at the drinks menus and the barman completely ignored us. We had to say excuse me can we order some drinks? The guy didn't smile, or even speak he just stood there waiting for out order. I ordered a glass of wine the glass was filthy!You could see the smeared lipstick all round the rim, bits on the glass, and it was wet. REVOLTING! I asked for another glass and showed him how disgusting the glass was, and he poured my wine into another disgusting glass! The manager came to the bar at this point, and I said to her Do you think I could have a clean glass for my wine, I have had two gross ones so far! She hand washed a clean glass.My friends glasses were not clean either.We were sat, and our order was taken by a very cocky waiter.Our food arrived, and we asked where the slaw was which was on 3 of our orders. We were told there wasn't any! What the HELL????!!! You tell the customer that when they order, not when you put the food down! What a joke! AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! I think it is a great idea if the company that owns Frankie and Benny's shuts them all down they a disgrace to your company."

"The service at this restaurant is friendly and accommodating. Even though I had never been here before, when I requested creamy cauliflower with my order and was told it wasn't available, one of the workers (I wish I had his name) offered to make something special for me. I was extremely grateful, and the dish he made was the best I've ever had. The rest of the food was also delicious. I would recommend this place in any case."

"RACIST staff. I asked if there were any promotions prior to ordering. No promotions after 12am . OK fine, no problem. I then proceeded to order a calzone whereby I can chose any four toppings. When I asked the staff to explain the toppings I got asked have you never been to a pizza shop before Ofcourse I have but I haven 't physically seen the toppings so I would like a little guidance please I responded. Then the main guy taking the orders said something along the lines of are you not British/ you don 't know how to speak English I immediately thought to myself. I 'm being victimised because I wanted to know what the toppings were. It wasn 't even that busy. I took my business down the road to speedy pepper No racism there)."

"to be a good Indian/Pakistani restaurant in the center of curry mile, they must stand out and young do them protrude. as soon as they enter, the decor will transport them to another place. the location is illuminated by an eclectic group of lights of different shapes and colors, and the walls are covered with sensory overloading posters and color. the service is also excellent! the personal is very friendly, and the restaurant is allergic friendly by listing all common allergens beside each item and the personal ensures that all their allergen needs are visited. the food was A-OK. it was not the biggest Indian (or indo-Chinese) eating that I had, but it was quite delicious! I had the vegetable peppers, which is much more than soy sauce, and the sweet pepperini, where the vegetables are grilled with masala before putting the sandwich together. both options were great! I also had a strawberry cocktail that was sweet and sour, crisp and refreshing. If you're craving for an Indian eating that has a fusion dragon, I'd look past it!"

"I ordered a turkey gobbler sub and was surprised to find it made with smoked turkey and without jellied cranberry sauce. Unfortunately, the sub was quite disappointing and very salty. My friend paid for it, so I didn't voice my concerns at the time, but the shop really needs to improve their sub-making skills. I used to run a deli, and our turkey gobblers were definitely worth reordering, unlike this one."

"First off despite booking delivery for 22.55 the email said ASAP. Rang an unpleasant chappie who blamed me but said would change to 23.00. Then delivery driver rang at 23.15 and said couldn't find our house. He was at wrong area altogether. Gave him directions and he still couldn't find us and rang back twice. The second time telling me he cant find our address so cant deliver.I rang saying I wanted refund but was told no refund as its been delivered. It eventually turned up at 23.35 as I was attempting to cancel again on phone but getting nowhere apart from abuse so I gave it back and answered the door to be greeted by the delivery plonker telling me off for swearing in my own house behind closed doors as he could hear me ! Oh and the food was atrocious even after warming it up and ended up in the bin."

"Second time I've been and the food was as good as the first visit. A nice venue that I don't think is utilised enough. "Dealing with the pandemic situation well. They have a virtual queue and sanitizer stations. Staff were super friendly and professional. We had a baby with us and the man dealing with the queue allowed us to wait inside because of this. Very kind. Food is always amazing and great value for money. Highly recommend"

"I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT We went to avail an offer which stated 50% discount on selected menu along with kids meal free also selected menu . We ordered accordingly , waiter took the order and served us. After having food , went to the till and paid the bill. As soon as I paid, I realised they didn’t include any discount nor removed the kids meal from the bill despite knowing that we went there to avail an offer. Upon asking the manager told us that it was our responsibility to inform the lady at till before paying that we need to avail the offer. Though while ordering we already told the waiter who brought us dishes and should have made our bill accordingly. I asked them for a refund and to my surprise I was blatantly refused. I was told “ sorry we can’t do anything now “. The manager sounded really rude and it felt like they didn’t want to help and intentionally ripped us off. To be honest I never liked their food as it’s over rated, prices are ridiculously expensive taste is not something that I would want to go back for. I only went because of the offer and realised that not only I was given bill which should have been discounted , I was also refused any kind of refund by being rude to me and my family ."
