"I dined at this restaurant twice recently: once with my husband, and then again with a friend who I had mentioned it to. The food was delicious, and the service was friendly and attentive. The fajitas were particularly tasty, and the white wine complemented the meal perfectly. I was initially unsure about the type of cuisine offered at this restaurant, but I'm glad I decided to give it a try as it has become one of my favorite places to dine. Coventry doesn't have many restaurants like this one, aside from chain establishments, so it is a welcomed addition to the dining scene. While I would love to see dishes like Tlayudas and tamales on the menu, what we did have was fantastic, colorful, and filling. The atmosphere is lively and inviting, and the interior is charming. I enjoyed sitting in the back garden on a sunny day, but the upstairs area is also cozy and colorful. Keep up the great work!"

"I absolutely loved this pizzeria! The drink menu was great and the pizzas were fantastic. We tried the Margarita and potato pizzas and were very impressed with their Neapolitan style. "I read reviews here complaining of orders not arriving or being cold, but decided to take a chance anyway assuming it was just a one-off issue. Unfortunately, 2.5 hours after placing my order, my food still hadn't arrived. I received a notification that it was on its way, but it never showed up. They didn't even bother to let me know so I could order from somewhere else before closing time, despite having my phone number. I tried calling them multiple times, but they wouldn't pick up. Even the third-party food delivery app I used couldn't get through to them. If you plan to dine in at the restaurant, this review may not apply to you. However, I wouldn't recommend ordering online from them at all. There's a high chance your order won't be delivered or will be cold by the time it finally arrives. It's impossible to reach them by phone and their customer service is severely lacking. In all my years of ordering from restaurants, this is the first time I've experienced such poor service."

"We ordered through Uber Eats. One burger came with cheese, when we explicitly asked for just a burger in a bun. We also asked for chicken with no sauce, but it was slathered in what was supposed to be sweet and sour, but was more like sweet chilli. Two portions of Mexican corn were missing. When I called the restaurant, they could not have cared less, referring me to Uber Eats. They said that they had called about the missing corn. We had no call, either on mobile or landline. When I asked if they were going to put their errors right, no was the resounding answer. I wish I 'd read the reviews on Tripadvisor before ordering a birthday meal from them. The three (of five) meals they did get right were adequate, rather than good or excellent."

"I love the vegan tapas at this restaurant and the cocktails are fantastic. It would be helpful if they labeled the vegan options on their cocktail menu like they do for their food, which is clear and diverse. The restaurant is spacious and the staff are very friendly. I wasn't a fan of the fake chicken taste, but everything else was delicious. I suggest making a reservation for dinner because it can get busy on the weekends. The live music adds a lot of fun to the dining experience!"

"Felt a nuisance Asked for the egg in the hole to be poached and for it to be runny The two main breakfasts arrived first, average food, sausage over cooked and tasted of strong herbs. Different sizes of eggs on the two plates. My son felt out done. When the egg in the hole arrived (again different sizes of eggs) they had been fried. I explained to the Server that I had requested poached, only to be TOLD, you asked for runny! I was informed that they were baked, they weren’t as they would have had a “skin” on them and they didn’t, they were greasy. I agreed that I wanted runny eggs, but poached NOT fried. “So you want poached eggs then ?”, rude. This totally put me off eating and I declined. My husband and son ate theirs, I went hungry. Staff need a course in customer service We won’t be back."

"I had a great experience during happy hour at the bar. I highly recommend trying the clams, empanadas, and olives. The Spanish wines were delicious. Be sure to order the paella upon arrival, even though it takes 45 minutes to prepare, it is definitely worth the wait. The yuca cake was outstanding. "The manager at this restaurant is the rudest and most confrontational I have ever encountered. I would not recommend this place to anyone due to the manager's extremely unpleasant behavior. After leaving a review on another website about our negative experiences with their Saturday opening hours, we decided to give them another chance. However, when we arrived, the manager recognized us from a previous incident where they closed early, and proceeded to seat us, give us menus, and make sarcastic comments. He then rudely confronted us about our review, insinuating that it was our fault. I have never been spoken to in such a disrespectful manner, and this was the worst customer experience I have ever had. The manager's behavior created such a hostile atmosphere that we decided not to eat there, and he even mentioned that he was not going to serve us because of our review (which was solely about their opening hours, not the food or service). It appeared that all he wanted was an argument, and I am appalled by how he treats customers. I am very disappointed in the service we received."
