"Arrived early evening, the property has 2 restaurants, one on the ground floor which serves street food and a dining restaurant on the lower floor. I booked the dining room. Nice ambiance, we were shown our table. The portions were small. I ordered water and Barolo wine. Naan bread was cold, we told the waitress she brought another, not a lot of difference. Mains: Malabar mooli prawns coastal style spiced prawns, mooli, snow peas and fine beans, Prawns were flavoursome, but the dish was lukewarm. Raan e baluchi 16 hour slow cooked Welsh lamb shoulder shank with cumin tandoori masala, this dish was mostly a bone, very little meat and again lukewarm. Basmati rice was lukewarm. Haryali tikki: spinach, pea potato ‘tikki’, imli yoghurt, this dish was the only one hot. I explained the waitress the issues. She did not really know what to say. I asked to see the manager as I don’t want to pay £200 for cold food. No one arrived. We paid and left, rather bewildered by the none management existence. Not recommended."
