"I ordered by phone because the website was not working. My husband spoke with the delivery driver for 30 minutes, struggling to understand him while giving directions and waiting outside in the dark. When the food arrived, it was cold, and there was a bag of chicken nuggets with our vegetarian meal, which we assumed was a mistake from another order. We threw them away since the driver had already left. The BBQ dipping sauce I ordered was missing, and instead, I received three garlic and herb sauces, even though the driver had assured my husband that it was included. This has been an ongoing issue with the dipping sauces. Today, I noticed an overcharge on my bank account. When I called the restaurant, they initially claimed they had no record of my order and tried to dismiss me until I mentioned the possibility of fraud due to the overcharge. Finally, after a heated argument, the manager agreed to refund the extra £5 for the chicken nuggets that we did not order and are not part of our usual order history as vegetarians. The disrespectful treatment we received guarantees that we will not be dining at Herbies again."

"RACIST staff. I asked if there were any promotions prior to ordering. No promotions after 12am . OK fine, no problem. I then proceeded to order a calzone whereby I can chose any four toppings. When I asked the staff to explain the toppings I got asked have you never been to a pizza shop before Ofcourse I have but I haven 't physically seen the toppings so I would like a little guidance please I responded. Then the main guy taking the orders said something along the lines of are you not British/ you don 't know how to speak English I immediately thought to myself. I 'm being victimised because I wanted to know what the toppings were. It wasn 't even that busy. I took my business down the road to speedy pepper No racism there)."

"Guilio’s in falkirk celebrates 2021 after two great food awards. I could hardly expect to try their fish chips. my friend went around 6.15 o'clock Friday 17/12/21 ordered a small fish dinner a single special fish we ate in their car. but they got the order wrong put chips with my special fish. the brothcrumbs were exactly right as they were not poured like ruff, but were just a bit too thin that the fish broke up when I tried to lift it, but it tasted ok. the teig on the fish of my friend was nice crisp but I had to leave a few of the chips, most of them were a bit too soft as u could see that it was a few bad. a much better fish sauce can be had in moscardies manor st falkirk is very favorable to sit for one. try it. I find her best in the FALKIRK area."

"We discovered this wonderful restaurant slightly off the main path in Colchester, just a 5-minute walk from the castle. After exploring the castle for a few hours (highly recommended with a guide), we decided to stop by and were pleasantly surprised. The staff greeted us warmly, the coffee lived up to its promise of being the best, and the muffins were absolutely delicious. If we ever find ourselves in Colchester again, we will definitely be returning to this lovely spot!"

"Such a lovely place and nice and chilled. All the staff are lovely and kind even the doormen. Hayley so lovely and kind and even got me out when I got locked in the toilet once lol. Kenny a very funny person and also very kind. Dan very nice person, always gives me my favourite glass when I get a drink! Dave such a nice person, know him very well and knows my usual drink! Beth new to the place however is great at table service making sure we’ve got everything we need. Will and Emma lovely people, don’t see them much on the weekend but still kind. Josh great at having a conversation with. All together such a great team, good selection of beers, spirits, shots, wines, whiskeys and lager! Even nice selection of soft drinks and crisps. The food is outstanding, good prices and good quality! Slot machines, charging facilities for mobile phones, pool table and good music! Live sports played daily for everyone to enjoy. Couldn’t ever fault them. Definitely a place to come with family, friends or even by yourself!"

"I 'm a lover of hot curries..and I mean really,really hot curries: A Vindaloo is mild to my palate,so I thought I 'd go one step up and order a Chicken Phall from City Spice. I 'm glad to say it didn 't disappoint. The Chicken was perfectly cooked;fibrous,generous,great texture and not at all like that rubbery,watery injected stuff. (as is customary in so many Indian restaurants these days).The sauce was to die for and had the perfect pureed consistency...cooked and roasted to perfection...Thank you Chef,you have a great palate.. The meal had the taste of a true 'BIR ' (British Indian Restaurant) in the same way I remember it from the 80 's, when we used to stagger home drunk and stop at the nearest Indian restaurant on the way home. The portions are very generous too.Don 't hesitate to order from City Spice. I find that the true benchmark for any Indian restaurant/takeaway is how well they cook their hot curries...If the really hot curries are good the rest of the menu will be outstanding. I 'll definitely be a regular customer here!"

"I have been to the restaurant several times and have ordered online several times too but now I am dissappointed.. I have placed my order over 2 hours ago and still havent received it. When 1 hour had passed I called them, they said their driver went to my area but they didnt send my order with him as I ordered an ice cream which would melt by the time driver gets here and that they tried to call me I did not receive even one call anyway, as I called we sorted this and they said they are sending the order now. Another hour has passed now 2 in total and I still havent received my order, I wonder how the food will be when it arrives if it ever arrives considering I ordered 2h ago. I did like the food here but this has ruined any good impression I had, 2hours wait when the restaurant is 15min drive away..."

"It took nearly 2 hours for my food to arrive and I still haven't received it. I'm frustrated because when I called, they said it was on its way, but when I checked the Just Eat app, the driver had been delivering my food for an hour with no explanation for the delay. "great food, great size of dishes, fast and courteous service. we were full and satisfied; I would recommend this place. I had a lamb moussaka while my friend had a grilled halloumi salat: both delicious; salat was warm a nice eating the “fork festival” offer included net, burger and chef specialties. it was good for us, as this is what we have come for, but if they were willing to start / desserts it would be full price. while we waited for the meal, we were served with olive and warm bread: we didn't wait long."

"I was there on Thursday the 2nd of November for my step sons 15th birthday, we have a younger son who is five and is Autistic so anyone who knows about Autism he has a very difficult diet. We were greeted by a waitress who from the beginning appeared a bit off even though the restaurant was empty, my wife ordered spaghetti she stated specifically spaghetti) the waitress brought a plate of pasta penne, Kobi would not have eaten this , when my wife said to the waitress she made out as if it were our fault and she was clearly rattled and rude ! Stating that this was our fault ! As the kid’s menu doesn’t have plain spaghetti? My wife clearly asked for spaghetti! The food we were served was lovely so compliments to the chef but I won’t be back and won’t be recommending this establishment due to the unfriendly and rude behaviour of one member of staff!"

"before my naked famous concert there were some time to kill, so I went into the seemingly busy – and popular – fatburger in camden town. as it was on Tuesday, there was a special promotion with an additional plump with each burger. yes! "When I first ate at this restaurant it was really good value for money as i booked the 50% offer. However on this occasion, the menu had changed and the prices have increased. Nevertheless, the food is tasty and not oily, but a bit too spicy. I t would be good if they could give the option on whether you want the dishes mild, medium or hot. Service was really good and quick. The staff are very attentive. I will definitely go again, but only if opentable or restaurant had the 50% offer!"
