"Unfortunately i did not have the greatest experience here, compared to many restaurants that exceed great customer service. First of all the waitress did not seem aware of the menu or familiar with which food was suitable for someone with milk intolerance. Apparently the only vegetarian options available without milk would be the vegetable section only. As an oriental customer at a chinese restaurant, i tend to be familiar with what has milk in and what hasnt (i always double check just incase) and unfortunately she had to get the manager after i questioned her on her knowledge. Not to my surprise i was correct with ordering noodles with vegetables and lettuce veggie wraps. Food was quite bland which is surprising as asian cuisine normally has great flavour and seasoning. Our waitress didnt seem too keen to return to our table, so i had to make my way upstairs to order drinks from the manager.. who shockingly replied 'there are stairs for you to come order here if you want ' when i told him i wanted to order a drink from a waitress ignoring my attention. Overall I didnt feel valued, and made to feel like i was aburden due to my food specialities, nor did i feel secure from my waitress and her knowledge. I shall not be recommending as i know plenty of other asian cuisines that will happily cater to my needs"

"We visited Rabieng for the third time and once again had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. After our delicious dinner, they even gave us a beautiful pair of handmade wooden Thai chopsticks. I highly recommend this restaurant! We had a wonderful Thai meal on a Monday night around Christmas. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always smiling. The food was amazing - from vegetable tempura to crispy duck with pancakes, noodles, and chicken curry. The dishes were perfectly cooked and the portions were generous. We left the restaurant with full bellies and smiles on our faces. The cozy atmosphere made us feel like we were having a family dinner. I highly recommend Rabieng and will definitely be back soon!"

"I visited this restaurant based on the very good reviews. The older male waiter with the short hair was so rude! We kindly asked if we could be seated on another table as the restaurant was empty but had us seated besides the staff table and another couple during covid19. He responded you are 2, not 6. We didn 't complain that we wanted a bigger table, just another table to be more socially distanced. Funnily enough there were 2 women seated on a table for 6 so I 'm not sure why he let them sit on a table for 6 but wouldn 't allow this same treatment for us. We told him this wasn 't an issue and we would stay seated. He then complained to another staff that we wanted another table. She kindly offered us another table but once again we assured him that we were fine with where we were seated. He continued to speak to us rudely throughout the evening. We spent £100 and spent less than 40 minutes in the restaurant because of how uncomfortable this waiter made us feel. Food was decent but the wagyu beef was overpriced and what tasted like cheap meat would rather spend £50+ on a good steak somewhere. The grilled eel was lovely and can 't be faulted. If you want good Japanese food there are plenty of good spots in the Soho area. This restaurant wasn 't busy on a Saturday evening but we still had the most appalling service."

"I’ve eaten here several times before and have been impressed. Unfortunately we had a disappointing experience this time. The place was busy and did not appear to have enough people managing the table service; I ordered a simple green Thai curry and jasmine rice. The rice appeared first, lukewarm, without curry. It sat there and, when I asked for it to be replaced when the curry appeared, the same thing happened. Twice more times. My colleague asked for chopsticks multiple times to no avail. I spent 15 mins trying to attract the gaze of someone to order the bill, eventually the bar guy who was busy nattering to his colleagues told me that it was not his responsibility to serve the tables. It was overpriced and underwhelming- I took the service off the bill the first and only time ever. I’ll not be there again. There are much better Thai restaurants in London."

"We are preparing for our final visit to Suchard's before it closes permanently at the end of March. This local restaurant is a hidden gem, offering consistently tasty food, a relaxed and unpretentious atmosphere, friendly service, and great vegetarian options. Visiting this place is like putting on a cozy pair of slippers. It was the first restaurant we visited after the lockdown in 2020, and we have missed it greatly. We will miss it even more once it's gone for good. Some of our favorite dishes include som tum, gaprow, nasi goreng, pad kee moa, and jungle curry, but everything on the menu is delicious. We want to thank Suchard and the team for the wonderful meals and wish them a happy and well-deserved retirement."

"We enjoyed mixed starters, 2 mains and rice at this restaurant. The service was quick and the food was very tasty. The mixed starters were a little different from most Thai restaurants that we've been to (less formulaic) which was a welcome variation. It would have been nicer still if there had been a side order of vegetables available on the menu. The restaurant was busy and we were unfortunate to sit near to two noisy characters which affected our enjoyment of the meal (not the staff's fault though) . The place is well located, just off Trafalgar Square. For a central London restaurant, the price was reasonable."

"the food was really good I had hot tom yum soup (hot) for starters it was lovely but very hot! Green Thai curry for main course.....I asked for medium.... I'm glad I did as the hot flavour of the soup was still hanging around. medium was very tasty. A beer for both of us. it cost £73 which I thought was more expensive than any other Thai restaurant but I can't complain about the service and food. I will go again and try something different next time."

"Got in the restaurant with group of 7 and squeezed us on to a table for 6.Had to wait 20 minutes to get menus, then had to wait an additional 10 minutes to order. Then had to wait even longer for the drinks, when they did arrive 3 were missing. Got the attention of staff who then only brought over 2 drinks out of 3. The starts were fine. Mains came out at different times meaning as some people finished their food others haven’t even started. Other tables were being served perfectly fine"

"hopefully not for the first time. this place was checked with a native who had heard about the grapes, it was not bad. the robbery in this case was not wrong, with siam on all flats. forget the fact that the city chester is beautiful in itself, the teppanyaki table that we sat was right next to the channel with view of the punts and boats that past the window, as the sun set the price was very reasonable for a very entertaining show with some great tasting eating at the end. due to the location of chesters and not on the maintourist path I had (unreal) assumed that the Teppanyaki cuisine would not be as good as any other I had seen. could not have been...read more"

"Just returned from dining here this evening. Due to the mixed reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect if I’m totally honest. This restaurant is set in an old building bursting with history. The service was fantastic, the atmosphere lovely and the food excellent. My friend and I chose Set Menu B. All dishes were very tasty and the portion sizes were perfect. The prawn toast is like none other I’ve had before, it’s to die for! Our waiter was very attentive and offered quality suggestions from the menu. Overall a very pleasant experience at competitive prices, which I would recommend without a doubt. I look forward to my next visit!"

"The food at this restaurant is fantastic and reasonably priced. The service was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was enjoyable and the music was at a perfect volume for conversation with friends. I will definitely be returning soon. I adore the cozy ambiance of this place. A special shoutout for the delicious pineapple ice cream that made my birthday extra memorable. This restaurant has become my new favorite spot. Thank you!"

"This location is split into two areas - a bar and a restaurant. The bar can get a bit loud, especially on a Friday night, so we decided to dine in the restaurant. We found it to be a charming spot with friendly staff, tasty meals, and affordable prices. If we find ourselves back in Scotland, my fiancé and I will definitely return here. Highly recommend checking it out."

"Fantastic meal at Headlam Hall Hotel. Both my wife and I really enjoyed our meals. The Orangery dining room is a lovely backdrop for the food that was well presented, exceptionally tasty and, unlike many meals out these days, well portioned. The menu certainly lives up to the claim of Modern British cooking using locally sourced ingredients. My Tandoori lamb scotch egg starter was very flavoursome, a great combination... and even had a runny yolk! Both mains (belly pork/fillet of beef) tasted great, and the meats were succulent. My chocolate cheesecake was to die for, and Vanessa's Baked Parkin, salted caramel sauce, brandy snap and black treacle ice cream was a very clever and harmonious combination of flavours. Service was efficient and friendly but not over-obtrusive. All in all, it was one of the best meals we have had in a long time. Thank you."

"We go for the food which is always delicious. Set meal for 2. We have noticed a smaller amount for the entre but still excellent and overall plenty of quality and quantity. We had our desert to go which we enjoyed 2 hours later. Service is always very good. Highly recommended Thai meal."

"I was recently asked why I no longer have local restaurants in South London. my answer to this question or demand from some is a small Thai restaurant with seat in clapham that ticks all boxes whether they want to invite a large group or want a private dining room experience, good service, indoor and outdoor kitchen. Oh, but eat it! I like so many of them, choose what I feel, with or what is familiar, but I felt adventurous perhaps it was the smokey red decor that lured me into an adventurous condition. but I decided to order "lost in blvd" which is a rich lamb in massaman curry with kartoffel and erdnuss. I know that they have often heard this when people can't find...read more"

"1) environment (0.25/1) interesting decoration (small pot plants along the wall.) however the kitchen directly at the entrance makes the place a little conjusted look also the seats (single) can be made more comfortable 2) eating (0.75/1) the fishcakes were really tasteful, but were fried. their spring rollers were seen twice as large as the normal at other places. the vegetarian tofu pad thai was something my friend totally loved. I also enjoyed my thai curry (padped) with jasminreis. very generous portions and we loved the touch of their crushed earthen nuts together with the net! 3) service (0.25/1) service was fast, but a big part was that * they did not accept card...more"

"I recently moved to the area as a student and would often pass Thai Pad Thai going into town. From the outside it’s a quaint but colourful establishment which is always brimming make sure you book! Our group was welcomed with only smiles and hellos, and even accommodated for a late change to the booking by squeezing an extra chair on the end of the table. The atmosphere was charming with couples and families all dining and enjoying their evening. The extensive menu catered for all palettes and dietary requirements. The food is remarkably presented but the taste was superior to any oriental food I’d tasted in Brighton. An exceptionally good night and we walked out with full bellies and agreeing it was a very memorable place which we shall return to for both takeaway and dine in. Thank you to the whole team for a lovely birthday meal and all the heart that went into the food."

"We had a lovely dining experience at a restaurant in Soho. It's conveniently located near London's popular attractions, making it a great choice for pre or post-theatre meals. The pizzas were delicious, well-cooked, and creative. I did find it odd that some pizzas didn't come with mozzarella and you had to pay extra for it. The caccio e pepe pasta was very tasty, and I appreciated the option to choose between small or regular portions for the pasta dishes. The service was good overall, and the atmosphere was pleasant. One thing that stood out to me was that they charged more for a single espresso than a double, which seemed unusual. It wasn't a big issue for us, but it's worth noting."

"Awesome Best Thai in Leamington. Back to Sabai Sabai last Saturday and once again the food, surroundings and entire experience was flawless. Sit in the bar/lounge and select your dishes from a menu which doesn't have a million varieties of dish but enough variation to make you deliberative for far too long! As soon as your starter is ready, you're called to your table. We went for 3 platters between 4 people, 2 standard, one seafood which is plenty. Then the mains arrived in perfectly timed succession with a great depth of flavour, texture, freshness and volume. I'd recommend the dry curry (not dry by the way, but not as liquid as a standard curry) or the chef's special. Very good value for money with 4 mains, 4 rice, 8 drinks, 3 platters to start and a vegetable dish to share coming in at about £30 per head including tip. Recommended."

"We could smell the food from round the corner. Food is so well cooked and flavoured. Can't find a single fault with the food. Service was excellent. We were served by Edward, who made our cocktails and took or order. Such a gent. Gemma brought the food and she had the foresight to change our table before squeezing the food on a small table. Will definitely recommend this place. Vegetarian options: Thai green/red curry and much more. Service: Dine in"
