"Poor Food drinks: Starter was good but while still eating it they came to us and asked if they could bring our meals out then when they came with our meals I ordered fish and chips when it came out I don't know what fish it was but only can be described as prossesd fish it was a slab of fish nothing like the shape of a fish the only reason I ordered the fish was because the table opposite had fish and it looked very nice when I spoke to the manager about it and I told him about the table opposite and the difference in the two fishes he near enough told me I was lying but he offered to replace the meal or a refund so I opted for the refund as I had lost my appetite my wife who was with me is a cook at the local pub said it wasn't very nice we have been going there every Monday for the past few months never again"

"The food was excellent and beautifully presented. I dined in for dinner, and the price per person was around £10-20. I would rate the food and service both at a 5, while the atmosphere gets a solid 4. I highly recommend the Thali and think it's an excellent choice for vegetarians, as the restaurant features a dedicated vegetarian menu with clearly labeled dishes. There is plenty of free parking available as well."

"What a meal and great service, I'm not one for choosing Indian food all the time so pretty unsure what I wanted when I visited Calcutta Club. Sonia was our waitress and very welcoming and also helped us choose our main meals, the lamb platter to share is amazing. Stacey asked for madras and was asked if she'd prefer another dish similar and took it great advice from Sonia, sorry cany rememberwhat it was . I had the chicken tandoori and was also asked to try some sauce with it again amazing. We're a good 2 hours drive from here and try to get over for a bit of a break every few weeks The restaurant is amazing and we will be visiting here again. Do you self a favour and make sure you book, I always book when looki g on Google for places to eat."

"We were planning to book the restaurant for a family celebration with 32 guests, including one highchair and one wheelchair user. However, when we called on Sunday, July 9th at 5:25 pm, a staff member informed us that they did not have a ramp for the wheelchair user to access the restaurant. This lack of accommodation and the indifferent attitude of the staff member was disappointing and prevented us from booking the event. In all our years of dining out, we have never encountered such a situation – usually, staff are accommodating and provide a temporary ramp for wheelchair users. We felt let down by the staff's behavior and believe it goes against the principles of the Disabled Equality Act. On average, we spend £25-£30 per person, plus drinks, when we visit the restaurant. Our bill for the family celebration would have totaled around £950. We are surprised that the restaurant can afford to turn away customers, especially since our last two visits showed the restaurant nearly empty at 8 pm. We have decided to try a nearby restaurant that was recommended to us. Overall, we rate the curry at GIL as hit and miss."

"The best pizza in Cardiff can be found at this restaurant, they are the only ones who can achieve that perfect cheese stretch. Their toppings are halal and full of flavor. A must-try in Grangetown. The buy one get one free deal is always a great bargain, especially when opting for the 16-inch size."

"Thursday evening in Asha’s, really nice food. Myself and my husband walked in and the smell was amazing! We were greeted by the waiter who welcomed us in and sat us down at a table. We chose the meal for two and a J20 for me. My husband took his own lager as you can take your own drinks. The menu was spotlessly clean. We decided to order the set meal for two. Nice fresh, warm poppadoms to start, with a choice of about six dips served in spotless silver bowls. The starters was a mixed starter consisting of a lovely big fresh homemade onion bhaji, a perfectly cooked tender piece of chicken tandoori breast, lamb tikka, salad and lemon wedge, it was all so fresh. For the main course we opted for the lamb Jalfrezi and chicken passanda, pilau rice and a garlic and coriander naan. Never tried passanda before and it was lovely and creamy with a mild sweet taste, really nice, lamb Jalfrezi was tasty too. The naan bread was perfectly done with plenty of fresh coriander and garlic, nice and crispy, fresh from the oven. We tried a scoop each of the Kulfi ice cream, original and mango, so nice. We will definitely be visiting again as we weren’t rushed at all here and it was a lovely relaxing evening with first class food. Respect to all of the team at Ashas in Rhyl."

"We had a pleasant dining experience at Darjeeling Heights. The food was consistently delicious, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our son feel welcome. The owner even checked in on us to ensure everything was to our liking. Our order included lamb rogan josh, chicken tikka masala, chicken dansak, two orders of rice, a roti, naan, bombay potatoes, and two starters. We also enjoyed 6 poppadoms and 3 beers, and the bill came to £92, which was slightly higher than other local Indian restaurants. Despite the price, we would definitely return, particularly for the Sunday lunch buffet."

"POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We arrive and waited 10 minutes to been seen to. We had pre booked our table. We were then seated upstairs and can say we were forgotten about. It took then a further 20 mins from being seated to have our initial drinks order taken. We ordered all our food with our first drinks as we knew they were busy/short staffed. We then waited an hour for our starters to come. 2 hours for my wrong main course to come. At this point I refused to eat or wait anymore. The rest of the party ate and when I refused to pay full price they got augmentative and quite intimidating. We settled on a price that was still too much for what I actually ate. Also a couple of the staff had food stained shirts and poorly dressed."

"After hearing positive reviews about this restaurant, my girlfriend and I decided to order takeout and try it for ourselves. We were pleased with our meal. For appetizers, we had haggis pakora which was delicious, especially with the dips. For the main course, my girlfriend ordered lamb tikka and I ordered south Indian garlic chilli chicken. Both dishes were flavorful, although I would have liked more garlic and chili. The peshwari nan was excellent. Overall, we enjoyed the food and would definitely order again or visit the restaurant to try more dishes."

"I had my first curry at Rajrani on Friday night, which was also my first time dining in Coleshill. The restaurant is quite small and cozy, to the point where you might feel like you're almost sharing a table with the people next to you. While this could potentially be a problem during busy times, it wasn't an issue during our visit. The menu offers a good variety of dishes, including some that you wouldn't typically find in a Bangladeshi restaurant. Some items may require additional explanation from the waiter. The service was quick, friendly, and attentive. A service charge is automatically added to the bill, but it can be removed if you have any concerns. We tried a variety of dishes and sides, all of which were excellent. My only suggestion would be to reduce the portion size and amount of chicken in the meals, as I personally prefer smaller portions. I'm not sure if they offer desserts, but unfortunately, they were out of kulfi which was disappointing for my wife. The prices are not cheap, but considering the enjoyable experience we had, we felt it was worth it."

"Dropped in for a bite to eat after a busy day exploring Chatsworth House. It was a Saturday around dinner time (with England playing in the rugby world cup semi final) so we were sceptical about getting a table. The lady who served us was excellent. She pushed a few tables together to accommodate our group of 9. The food took a little while to come out, but was very much worth the wait. The chicken tandoori kebab is incredible, but easily enough for 2! Great spot to visit if you are in Bakewell. Food drinks: Excellent pub grub. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 4"

"I ordered 4 xl pizzas, they were delivered and the whilst the driver didn'y speak at all that wasn't something i'd grumble on. Pizza's were great the office enjoyed them. However, when I ordered directly with them instead of using an alternate online service no pizza arrived, after waiting an 50 minutes i rang them to be told it would be another 40 minutes. So when I advised to cancel, as everyone had waited long enough, the guy on the phone called me a p--ck and shut the call. I found this absoloutely unacceptable behaviour from a place that was to be the office regular. I don't see that happening now, I hope the satisfaction of being abusive to customers over the phone outweighs the need for business, because business isn't something that anyone here will be giving them."

"Last night we ordered a meal delivery. When it arrived in great time and piping hot, Wow. An amazing Chicken Tikka starter with lovely salad and the most lovely yoghurt sauce (beautiful tasting) as was everything. Then moving on to our main meals a superb...Balti Chicken Tikka Masala with so many superb layers of taste. A Chicken Tikka Malaya which really excites your taste buds and the pineapple really is a treat. All eaten with an wonderful Rogni nan bread. This is a truly amazing, consistently brilliant restaurant, a huge thanks to Maalik and all his crew."
"simply fantastic! Not only was eating amazing and affordable! the restaurant offered the largest service I have ever experienced. the hands on a wut was so friendly and charismatic that we ended up in the inner to chat far past when we have our meal....Hohe recommend this restaurant to anyone who has an evening full of delicious Indian cuisine, a homey and comforting atmosphere, and amazing staff service."

Fabulous food all round. 5 nothing in harrogate is this good Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"
"When we arrived the restaurant was empty, I didn't realize no alcohol was served there, we were handed luke warm water with a lime slice, ordered a starter, Tandoori Chicken, the lighting was very dim I could not even read the menu. When it arrived it was a leg , I dont eat brown meat, it tasted like it had been Microwaved, the salad was laughable, 3 leaves of lambs lettuce halve of a cherry tomato, and one slice of cucumber again cut in half did not enjoy that!, we ended up sitting and waiting from start to finish 1.45 hours, no one else was in I could hear a child in the prep Kitchen too, the main was nice small portions tho I did say not too spicy the waiter suggested sag aloo, it was so spicy, the whole thing was so long and drawn out for not being busy I would not go again .... seems to be all for takeaways"

"OK 3 is abit harsh but here is why 1..... the table base means your legs are at a funny angle as you can't put your feet on the floor. The base is massive. The poppadoms came at the same time as the starter..... why? The food though is good The pashwari nan omg is the best I have ever eaten.. and it's big...... oh and hot lol as it had clearly just been made.... I feel I should say more about its thickness and taste but no... just buy one. Heat... like a lot of places if you do like heat a 2 out of 3 heat will be very mild for you.... simply ask them to make it a bit hotter"
