"The restaurant is set in a weird office complex and it was pretty empty. Our waitress was more interested in dancing and using her phone to Shazam songs from the speakers rather than looking after the guests. I ordered the seared steak tartare and I asked for medium rare. It came out medium so I asked the waitress to check with the chef, she came back after 15 mins saying that the chef put it under the light and that's how it comes. So I asked to change it for chicken. The waitress started shaking and leaves. No one comes over for another 15 mins. I asked to talk to the manager to explain that not only the temperature of the meat was wrong and the waitress looks like she's just been shouted at in the kitchen. The manager apologised several times explaining that they had issues with the kitchen team. Overall it's been a very unpleasant experience and we won't go back, for their prices I'd expect a better service and more professionalism. The concept is interesting but badly executed."
