"Having been a customer for the last 20 years I have to say how disappointing it is that I have to write this review. Considering we are in a cost of living crisis as are the restaurant's that serve us, I still find it hard to accept a meal (chicken kebab) can cost £10. This is where my problem is with this review. If you charge a premium price for food then you have to make sure it is good. Chicken kebab salad and a couple of sauces with a small tip almost £20. The chicken was not hot so resulted in it being very dry, the garlic sauce was nothing short of terrible. The worst thing is me and my partner took a chance tonight rather than getting a Chinese or Indian and guess what..... The difference is a million miles away.... Only OK for pizza.... "When you send 2 pizzas . Make sure they are made at the same time . 1 was fresh, and the other one was the second time in owen . People aren't as stupid as you may think ... and what's with the bbq wings? They were for different purposes? Did you just dump the bbq sauce on top, and they become bbq wings? "Edit 2: As I expected, their offer to help is fake. They have taken my money and not provided the product while pretending to provide customer support. Do not use or trust this business. Edit: Please do not take the response from the owner as a useful resolution. They post these responses to look good, but have made no effort whatsoever to resolve this situation. They still refuse to refund me for a product which I paid for and was not delivered. Pizza was advertised as taking 25 minutes for delivery however the order took 90 minutes. I had to call the store multiple times to get them to actually deliver the order. When it finally arrived one of the pizzas was not what I ordered. The store have refused to provide a refund and have just offered a 'free pizza ' on my next order which is not even free as I would have to pay for delivery again. I also do not see how being forced to shop at this store again is compensation. They failed to deliver the correct product in the advertised time. I am entitled to a refund according to the Consumer Rights Act as this store took payment for a product that was not provided. If you order from this Domino 's expect to be charged full price, regardless of what product is actually delivered or when it shows up. Do not be fooled into thinking they have good service because the reply to reviews here. This is just an attempt to look good in reality they will refuse to offer compensation outside of the publicly view able reviews."

"The restaurant advertised a Groupon offer, but upon attempting to redeem it, they rudely informed us that they no longer accept Groupon. This resulted in a lost large order from us, with only a small portion being the discounted pizza from Groupon. The service was awful, and it appears they are sacrificing business and credibility in order to make a few extra profits."

"My first time there. Ordered half peri peri chicken to go with chips and drink. The chicken was literally raw under the top layer with blood oozing from it. Disgusting! I was worried I would get food poisoning as I’ve eaten some of it in the dark before tasting blood. See the pictures. Had to go back there to show them. The lady at the counter couldn’t believe it either but didn’t seem sincerely sorry, however, she half-heartedly blamed the guy at the back and offered to refund me. And immediately threw it in the bin without consulting the guy at the back of his mistake. It was late at night and opted to be given the same but making sure it’s properly grilled this time. Again, coming home, the second peri peri I got wasn’t properly grilled either and was quite ‘watery’ on the inside. I had to throw away most of it. I don’t know about their other meals but I wouldn’t recommend their peri peri chicken to anyone!"

"We were served chicken drumsticks that had a foul odor at this restaurant. It is concerning how they will be held accountable for their actions. Even one of the staff members smelled it and claimed it was fine. Unfortunately, my son became ill after consuming the drumsticks. I plan to report this to the food hygiene department and the local council."
