"Booked SC for my husband 's birthday lunch, we came with our baby boy who is 9mths old, really disappointed they didn 't have highchairs, quite a basic thing most London restaurants should provide. Manager suggested we sit in the corner and the baby can sit between us, if you have children you 'll know it 's hard to contain a crawling child and get them to sit nicely on an adult chair. I have eaten at kingly court on several occasions at different restaurants and each time the restaurants were able to provide a highchair, even borrowing from their neighbouring restaurant. When I asked the manager if this was possible his response was 'what do you want me to go around and ask? ' Then suggested that I could go around and ask for a highchair...whilst I could do that, doesn 't make sense for a random customer to ask for a highchair when the manager of SC who has more credibility with his neighbouring restaurants should be asking on the behalf of his customer. Disappointing service, whilst food was good, I don 't think we will return, as a London restaurant they should be more inclusive for families or specify on their website the restaurant isn 't suitable for children."
