"Been really disappointed for months now as they will accept cash! We never carry cash, everywhere usually says CARD only now so you just can’t win, however decided to order NYE , knowing it would be busy we ordered shortly after they opened, we waited 2 HOURS which is not acceptable , it took nearly half an hour to get through on the phone, only to find, they had not even done our order! Not the first time this has happened either, really wish I hadn’t bothered going to get cash out. I will never use them again………. Shame, they Dropped the ball, they used to be great but much better delivery time and service elsewhere now."
