"Located in the outskirts of Kemptown, Busby Wilds is a hidden gem where I experienced the best steak I've ever had in Brighton. All of their ingredients are sourced locally, with a map on the wall showing where each ingredient comes from in Sussex and surrounding counties. The freshness and high quality of the ingredients truly shines through in the dishes. The steak was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious, accompanied by tasty chimichurri, a side salad, and perfectly cooked chips. I was impressed by the value for money, as I have paid more for lesser quality steaks before. The restaurant has a pleasant ambience and is dog friendly, which was a bonus for us. The wine selection was also enjoyable. I look forward to returning to try their roasts in the future."
