"My brother has been a loyal customer of this restaurant for a long time, but after our recent experience, I will never give them my business again. We arrived on Boxing Day and despite the restaurant appearing to have tables available, we were told they were fully booked. The owner knows my brother well, but we were not accommodated. Even though no new customers arrived during the 20 minutes we waited, we were not seated. The restaurant's sign says "NO RESERVATIONS REQUIRED," yet we were turned away. It's disappointing that the staff didn't even try to make money by offering us a table. My brother used to be a regular customer, spending a significant amount of money each month. The food is decently priced, but the lack of customer service means we won't be returning."
