The bread was soft but held together the generous filling well, and the shrimp were perfectly crispy. The flavors were spot on and I almost felt like I was transported to New Orleans with every bite. "I apologize, but the food at this restaurant is not good. It is concerning when even my son cannot eat a pulled pork sandwich and finds it unpleasant. The loaded fries I ordered had pulled pork on them as well."
