"This used to be my favourite place to get cod chips and peri burgers, but ever since new ownership its gone downhill massively. Thought to give it a second try (BIGGEST MISTAKE), but this time after waiting approx 1hr45mins the food did arrive via uber eats, however it was not my order!!!! I called Le Codfather but they failed to acknowledge this and said it was the correct order. I ordered food for a family of 5 and they thought a meal for one person will be enough for a family of 5?????? I could not understand what the workers were saying due to them having heavy accents and poor command of the English language, they passed the phone to their manager who was as clueless and useless as them. So there was no point in arguing with them over the phone as they weren 't ready to listen or remedy the situation. Their customer service skills are non existent."
