"I ordered on just eat and explained I'm in a flat on 3rd floor with a baby, asked them to bring up to the door of my flat (who wants to leave an 8 month old baby alone . Driver buzzed door and let him in.....no food. Rang takeaway to be told driver had left and was coming back (I assumed with my food driver arrived and I buzzed him in and he came up to 3rd floor to my door to tell me he had left my food downstairs and it had gone. (If he can come to my door to tell me that why couldn't he drop food off there? Rang take away again to be spoken to like I was scum and have phone put down on me!! Used to order all the time. Not now....not EVER again. Disgusting behaviour. I want a full refund!!!! If not I will go to the papers. ONLY GETTING A 1 BECAUSE I CAN'T LEAVE ZERO!!!"

"Have eaten from here before, tonight waited minutes after putting order in and paid , then asked what i ordered and they had given some of my order away and just wrapped it and gave me for a missing fritter. Not good customer service"
