"After being poorly booked as a treat. Specifically asked the waitress for no fish in the sandwiches she returned and confirmed this was ok and the fish filling would be changed. They arrived with fish. Very disappointing and we didnt correct them as they were so busy. Scones arrived with just cream and we had to ask for jam. Careless error. Overall the afternoon tea was lovely but care needs to be taken as whilst we do not have food allergies someone just may well have. Returning this weekend so hoping things are excellent."

"What a lovely place. We were the only ones in on a Saturday eve. They phoned to forewarn us in case we wanted to cancel, but it was no problem to us. So friendly and helpful. Log fire. Lovely surroundings. Great food. Amber was the perfect host. It was my 60th birthday and a perfect end to a lovely day. Well done and thank you. We will be back!"
