"Service was good and decent menu selection, unfortunately quite a few flies inside on a warm day. (Additional review) the place is not what it used to be. I visited this restaurant on a quiet Wednesday afternoon. The waiter was rude and insisted that I sit at a table in the scorching sun (even though the rest of the place was basically empty and didn't fill up for the duration of my meal) he didnt make an effort to be accomodating or hospitable. the rest of the staff were friendly enough. the burrito is definitely smaller than what it used to be and costs way more. also tasted like the rice was raw or undercooked. Paid way too much for a basic burrito and soft drink. it did not taste like authentic mexican food at all. the place is also visibly faling apart, with parts of the wall and furniture literally being held up by tape (pictures attached) which takes away from the pleasant music and colorful decor."

"Made my girlfriend cry. I don’t even want contact from the management. I just want people to know that they are extremely rude for a company working in the service sector. Better not order from too good to go and have the audacity to turn up late due to public transport and lack of public knowledge. They will instead of being polite ask you to declare what time it is in a humiliating tone, as if you’ve been a naughty school child returning from lunch late. Absolutely shocking experience for someone using the service for the first time and not being a resident in Sheffield for a year. I hope to god that other foreign nationals are not treated like this in our incredible city. Unlucky for these guys is I have a huge social group and I’m a resident my whole life. "We were given a gift voucher for afternoon tea at The Hythe Imperial. The room is a bit soulless and the waitress put music on which was a bit intrusive. Service at first was good but then our waitress just disappeared. Our finger sandwiches were already a little dry on serving, the scones were o.k. but the miniature cakes were not nice at all. Strange taste and texture. Nice to have bottomless coffee/tea if there was a waitress. I ordered a glass of wine which was lovely but at over £11 a glass it should have been. So all in all disappointing."
