"I visited Yantos on the weekend after previously having 2 good meals here. After a 1.5 hour wait for food we had been told we would receive a discount due to the wait which was caused by them being “short staffed”. Once the food arrived it was dry with no sauce being served with pancakes which it had been previously. We left both meals untouched after tasting them and explained they did not taste good to the staff. No apology was given and then we were charged the full price for the meal including the inedible food! Won’t be visiting again!!"

"Dropped in to grab something for late lunch and it was convenience on the way somewhere close by. There was a convenience store next to it but wanted to have some hot pasty. It was mid afternoon but there were full of food available...no good customer service though! Looked unhappy lady served us with no smile or greeting (lol). A doorstep sandwich with Turkey slice (ham) with salad ÂŁ2.90 had no flavour at all at least it looked handmade. Steak slice ÂŁ1.85 was heated by microwave warm also had no flavour. Regret to shop there to be honest."
