"Nice little cafe, hidden beneath scaffolding at present. My husband is a regular and the staff were anxious to find out why he hadn't been in for a while. I had been in a shoe store looking for ankle boots and followed him in a few minutes later. The place has a relaxed air but I personally feel that the tables are too close together but it's very clean and service is quick and warm and friendly"

"I really liked this branch of Nero thave a nice view of the center and the outdoor seating is great I hope they can make the space less chaotic and more organized. I enjoy the seating on the upper floor. However, the lighting is not ideal for working I wish it were more organized up there as there too much seating and the large sofas make the place feel hectic Overall the coffee is great and it’s a large space but next time I think I would prefer to visit a more organized branch like the one on the high street : Service: Dine in Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3"

"I popped in last week for coffee and mince pie and a place to get some work done. There were plenty of options of places to sit including places where I could plug my phone and laptop in as well. I sat in the warmth and comfort working for over 2 hours with a coffee and a mince pie. I was even able to log on to the free Wi-Fi so that I could get my work done. It was ideal. The only disappointment was the mince pie as it just wasn't that good!"

"I recently visited this cafe and was dismayed to find that it was dirty, run-down, and had a strong odor of dirt. I don't understand why this place is so busy; I can only assume it's due to its location rather than its atmosphere or interior. Nero, you need to improve your standards. It's an absolute disgrace."

"I recently visited a fantastic local coffee shop that has been recently renovated and looks very stylish! The dining area has a modern and contemporary feel, with clearly displayed vegan options and freshly made sandwiches and paninis available. I decided to try the Christmas white flour bap with vegan sausages, stuffing, and cranberry sauce, and it was delicious and filling. The sausages in the bap were of good quality and they were generous with their portions. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that vegan butter was used and taking precautions to prevent cross-contamination by adding extra foil on the counter. I was very impressed by their attention to detail and can't wait to return!"

"As for the starters, the wings are fantastic! However, the curly fries could use a bit less chili sauce since nobody enjoys soggy fries. The burgers were well-constructed, with nicely melted cheese and perfectly sliced brioche—definitely an improvement from before. However, I felt that the patty was missing something. It could have been that it was frozen or perhaps not quite 1/4 lb. It was cooked well, slightly over medium, with just a hint of pink inside, but still juicy. It's possible that the subtle mint flavor overpowered it a bit. I suggest they reevaluate their burger patties, especially when paired with their not-so-great sauce. Also, a sweeter sauce like BBQ for the chicken wings might work better, and it would be nice if there wasn't so much sauce that it ended up pooling at the bottom of the plate with the remnants of the chili chips."

"The restaurant is good if you are in a hurry after a show (the restaurant's biggest benefit). However, our experience was not pleasant. The samosas we ordered as appetizers were frozen inside and when we complained, the server asked if they were frozen to begin with, which was not a good sign. The prices were reasonable, which is the only reason for our 2 out of 5 rating. The rest of the food was terrible. At one point, a server took one of our small sauce plates and placed it on another table, which was disgusting. As we were finishing up and having a conversation, the server came and told us it was time to leave and essentially kicked us out. If you can go somewhere else, do it. You'll be much happier and won't risk getting sushi that tastes bad in Victoria."

"First time in Maggie’s Cafe. Most, if not all of the tables were occupied. A sunday morning breakfast while scanning the paper is always a highlight of any week. I opted for the full grill breakfast I’m told they only grill their food..not fried which I personally thought was grand value at £6.95 tea, coffee etc extra . A really nice touch was the unlimited free filtered water from a dispenser at the end of the counter. From my first bite it was clear that some thought had gone into sourcing pedigree products. The sausages were excellent as was the bacon. Even the sweet cherry tomatoes had great flavour. I love the fact they serve a pot of tea instead of a mug/cup. As it was a Sunday I was in no rush but the kitchen service was a bit slow the server apologised ...having said that if you want freshly grilled food this may be an acceptable price for quality. The staff were very attentive and the decor was really pleasing. Nothing in this world is perfect but a rethink of the kitchen service would lift this cafe into a whole new level.... while saying that i will definitely be back. Recommended."

"I visited the kfc cardiff queen street at the weekend. Please note that there are two kfcs in cardiff. kfc in the St.Mary street is not halaal and kfc at the queen’s street is halaal. for the first time I tried zinger burger meal and zinger salad. zinger salat was delicious with mayonnaise. if they have not tried zinger salad, they must try. they also have dine in and take away options. they have self-ordering machines with spacious seats. the prices are reasonable. they can also visit here with family, friends and children."
