"I don't know what happened to Havana's. It used to be good, but today I received a call saying they ran out of one item I ordered, and I was told they couldn't issue a refund, so I had to pick something else that I didn't want. When the food arrived, I got two items I didn't order. I called to try to get the correct food, and I was informed that they switched owners, which is why the service has declined. When I asked for a refund, I was told they needed to talk to the company, whatever that means (I ordered through Havana's own website). I decided to at least enjoy my milkshake, but I ended up slurping a strange piece of grey rubber or something. How have the standards fallen so drastically? It's a shame to see what was once a great takeaway go downhill, but I won't be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1"
