"Joe's Ice Cream Parlour offers delicious ice cream, but sadly, the staff detracted from the overall experience. They appeared disinterested and often ignored customers, making us feel overlooked. At times, it felt like some were more like mannequins than individuals in customer service. The menu is fantastic, but the service left much to be desired."
