"Went in with a few friends after work. We got there at 22:45 ordered and our desserts were ready within 5 mins. Brill. When we ordered we weren’t told that we weren’t going to be allowed to sit in and eat which was what we wanted to do. Instead our desserts were left on the side. ‘There you go, you’re taking out’ well this was news to us. When we questioned this the girl (with a very smug look) said ‘well we close at 11 so you’ll have to take it out’. Wow. My friends and I all work in hospitality and know this is not the greatest customer service, especially when we weren’t told at the start we weren’t going to be able to eat in. We took the desserts out and by the time we got back home, it was all stone cold making it inedible. Really disappointing as I’d never been before."
