I had the aloo dum (spicked kartoffeln with ground solitary) as starter. kartoffels were cooked beautifully, really delicious flavors and a decent portion size. then it was dal bhat tarkari (vegetarian (specify they are vegan as the black lenses are cooked in ghee so that they do them red lenses that a traditional all-time classic Nepalese meal of rice, kartoffeln, bambus shoots curry (aloo tama,) saag (veg) lens soup called dal. sat with black or red lenses (see commentary re black lentils super tasty, eating had not made me smile for old, that did. the best I had for years. the personal was brilliantly knowledgeable and was pleased that I enjoyed eating."
