"This restaurant has exactly the same name as my local Indian (I live in North Essex) and because there is no address shown on their on-line ordering option I inadvertently placed my order with them instead of with my local restaurant. The mistake came to light when we went to collect from our local a few minutes later so I telephoned them to explain and they point blank refused to issue me with a refund stating that the food had already been cooked even though it wasn't showing as ready for collection on their site and apparently miraculously quickly! My local said that, in the same situation, they would have 100% given a refund as they would easily have been able to sell the food as our selections were very popular dishes and it was very early on a Friday evening. Needless to say, I won't be making that mistake again and I am very disappointed with the money grabbing attitude of the manager of this restaurant."
