"Ideally located for the theatre district, offering excellent prix fixe menus and a comprehensive European Austrian menu in elegant ambience. Food and service was flawless and banquet seating was comfortable..We were greeted by Eva who found us the perfect table. The best chicken schnitzel in London, I am told by my son; compared favourably to big Sister, The Wolseley."

"Unfortunately, the restaurant was packed the night we went. We had made a reservation through Open Table for a party of 4 but were treated as walk-ins and given a table near the door and next to a table of 10 who were extremely loud. As a result, the service was below par and we could hardly hear ourselves over the din. The wine waiter was lacking in education and skills and we were left to pour our own wines during the meal. The food was also below par— 3 of us had the house specialty (schnitzel) which was dry and lacking in presentation. Overall, this was a disappointing experience compared to favourable dining at other restaurants in the group — Bellanger and Colbert."

"has used the app to find somewhere near and try something new. we were both very impressed by going into the door. the staff was all courtesy, friendly and professional. the menu was so tempting and eating was really good. it was a long lunch time with a great atmosphere, but not too loud, so we could sit and chat. can not comment on the male institutions, but the women was excellent. will definitely go back."

"The dining experience was pleasant, and the staff was friendly. However, there was a long wait for the champagne, and the water could have been refilled more regularly. I settled the bill at the front, but the waiter still brought it to me at the end, which might have been due to a lack of communication among the staff. Overall, it was a lovely afternoon."

"I was in the restaurant at several earlier locations and chose it as we have a gast from overseas that arrived first. Unfortunately, she was met by a frosty lady who told her that the table was not ready, although she had arrived on time. I'm coming up shortly and the same person accused me of waiting at the bar when the table wasn't ready. this is not my previous experience and all other employees were great. it was very disappointing to meet with such a gloomy, and not with my previous experience."

"Once we were finally seated, no one offered us water. They presented the drink menu, but before we even had a chance to look it over, they were already asking for our orders. We ended up having to request water, which arrived warm, and we had to ask for ice as well. The staff seemed a bit disoriented, almost aimlessly wandering about without purpose. When our food was brought to the table, one waiter tasted it before setting it down, which left us both confused. After finishing our meal, we waited quite a while for them to clear our plates. When I inquired about the bill, another waiter continued pouring water even as we were paying. It was all quite odd and left us unsure about the day's events with the staff. I would only recommend this place for the food, as the service and atmosphere did not meet expectations."

"After a walk in the area with my wife we walked past this lovely pub and decided to pop in ,I must say the staff is very professional and super friendly ! Also noticed there was pub quiz and good few tables full on Monday night then the lovely bar man told us they have just started doing food literally the money we walked in so we have ordered the antipasti and truffle Parmesan chips ,great quality big portions and the chips were the best chips we’ve ever had we we so pleasantly surprised how good and the service was ,will be back and do not Hesitate to pop in and get some really good quality pub grab , we will definitely come back and bring friends with us great great find !!! Thank you for looking after us !"
