"Great bathroom, room is big, but no opening window so claustrophobic and warm. Needs some form of information booklet/laminate. Details of breakfast times, checkout etc. No bar menu offered so no idea of what is on offer. Food is OK, a bit bland and uninteresting for a small menu. Chicken ballatine was very cold, needed to be out of the fridge a little, tempura prawns had little coating. Didn't like smoked mashed potatoes, personal choice but too much. Food is well cooked just not the standard expected. Breakfast was great. Staff very helpful . Just needs some oomph!"
