"I was threatened and abused for asking to speak to the owner. They told me they didn't know his number. I was sworn at multiple times. And laughed at. This is the only Chinese takeaway I order from. I have never had an issue till this time. I'm contacting an ombudsman to deal with them. Service minus 10. Food has always been top notch until my last order. I have never been treated like this by any takeaway. Hung up on, laughed at and sworn at by multiple members of staff. I'm truly disappointed"
