"We arrived and were made to feel an inconvenience from the start we booked a late breakfast 1015 am we were taken to our table and there was not much choice lefyt on the fruit or continental table the hot breakfast was ok the saviour was the sausage very good quality the bacon is 80 fat think American bacon not British the scramble eggs was hard and the mushrooms soggy. The staff have not been trained i customer service and spent the whole time we were there gossiping with each other a pot of tea took 10 mins to arrive and the cereal dishes were not removed from the table."
