"Visited for brunch for my Mums birthday this weekend. The food and wine was lovely, Caesar salad was outstanding. The views and decor in the hotel and restaurant are fantastic. What really made the trip was the service we received, all staff were so polite and even brought out a slice of cake for my Mum which we appreciated so much. Downstairs Derek, on the reception took lots of photos of us and gave us great information about London and how to get about. Will definitely be back the next time we visit!! Thank you so much for a memorable lunch for my Mums big birthday!"

"Been twice now since they introduced their separate vegan menu and both times were so tasty! Tried the Mac and cheese and the BBQ pulled jackfruit fajitas! They have a sorbet as dessert currently but the staff said they are working on introducing other dessert options! Also really like that the vegan menu is a veganised version of their main menu they've put so much effort in"

"I had been to this restaurant located in Nottingham,UK. I could not find them here but i'm rating it here : I had been here with my cousins and its a lovely place....its to die for!!! The staff are very friendly and disciplined.It has a WIFI connectivity available...you need to register first though...The food is simply amazing and delicious....If you live in the UK or anywhere...you must definitely visit this place!!!! I've been told all the Chiquito Restaurants all over are very good...personally got to experience it...Its quite expensive but the food is worth paying so much!! I would definitely visit this place next time when I visit The UK. Its a great place to hangout with family and cousins : Keep up the great work you guys have done : A humble request from is that you should open a branch in Bangalore,India. "A friend visiting London was staying there and a few of us arranged to meet him in the bar before going for dinner. Greeted at the door by two men bursting with self importance. After having to call to get our friend to speak to someone in the hotel he reluctantly let us pass. We all got to the bar, ordered then noticed the place was full of old fat men and girls looking for rich fat old men. We downed our not so great cocktails (mine was a rather bitter espresso martini) and decided to leave sharpish. We checked out his room before leaving just felt gimmicky and cheap. I’ve been to quite a few places all around the world inc W Sydney and NCY but this one lacks any semblance of class and reflected by the poor attitude of the door staff. We couldn’t wait to leave happy to say I’d rather meet somewhere else"

"Omg this place is amazing! Forget the big ice-cream chains, this is the place to go. They have a massive selection of homemade gelato ice-cream, which is the best I've ever tried to be honest and I've been to italy! "I've visited this restaurant a few times, and each experience has been wonderful. On this occasion, I went for an early midweek dinner around 5 PM, which meant the place was nearly empty and somewhat lacking in atmosphere. I ordered the Beef Chimichanga, and it was really delicious. My dining partner had the fajitas, which were also great. The staff member who served us was attentive and friendly. Like many places these days, the prices have increased, and we did flinch a bit when we saw them on the menu. Overall, it was a good experience, but it felt a bit pricey for a midweek dinner, especially since we both only ordered soft drinks."

"I recently visited Chiquito on Riverside in Norwich with my family to celebrate Father's Day. The food was fantastic, and everyone enjoyed their meals. Each of us chose a different dish, all of which were delicious. I opted for the Chicken Enchiladas with hot sauce, though next time I might try the spiciest option as it wasn't as hot as I had hoped. My daughter had the chilli beef tacos with mild sauce, which had a bit more heat. The tortilla chips starter was tasty, and we even got to wear sombreros to embrace the Mexican theme. The restaurant was clean and the service was friendly and attentive. The only downside was the slow service when requesting the bill and waiting for payment. However, they do offer the option to pay using their app at the table. Despite this minor inconvenience, we were happy with our overall experience. I highly recommend trying the Mexican Mess dessert."

"The table we were given was dirty with a grain of rice and bits visible. The salad with my burrito was limp and off colour. It didn’t look appetising. "we went on a Saturday at 5ish, there was no waiting for a table and the service and eating was excellent. I had bbq huh and my man had 5 drill chimichangas. our sohn chose the Tortilla pizza from the junior menu, but since he only wanted to margarita recommended our waiter, he ordered from the children's menu as it was cheaper for the same. can't blame her."

"Kindred is a private members club that hosts regular live music nights. We visited on a Friday evening and enjoyed the fantastic music provided by the Jessie Waddilove Band. The venue is split into two sections - a restaurant open to all downstairs, and a members-only restaurant and bar upstairs where the events take place. The menu at both locations offers high-quality, affordable meals, and the drinks, especially the cocktails, are excellent. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing great service. The band played a wide range of music from the 50s to today, showcasing their energy and versatility. It was a brilliant night overall."

"I love the vegan pizza option at zizzi, but the choice is quite limited. I would rather visit their restaurant more often if they had only two or three more options to choose from. these options are good. they always have beautiful olives, especially the spicy, and the vegan cheese on the pizza is really good. the staff is always super friendly, and I love the venue itself, its always a great mood and the open kitchen area is a beautiful function."

"It was 2 degrees outside, and about 10 degrees inside. I asked why it was so cold and was told the heating was broken. This should have been explained when we entered. Most people inside we wearing coats. the service was also very slow. That didn 't bother me too much until the end when we were still sitting there with plates around us and no offer of a desert menu. I asked for the bill and at the same time explained my thoughts on our evening there and that I felt the poor service and faulty heating should be reflected in our bill. 10 mins later I was told that they won 't be reducing our bill. I said ok, please give me your managers name and I will take it up with your head office. He then came back with the bill with a deduction of £5 for which he said I will get this in the neck later for giving me a deduction. £5 off of a bill for £90 is bare minimum and then the unnecessary guilt trip. This restaurant has a major problem, evidenced by the recent reviews on here. The food has definitely gone down hill and the service is frustratingly bad because it 's such basic things they are getting wrong."

"The service was a bit slow even though the restaurant wasn't busy. They forgot about my allergy requests at first, but once I mentioned it, they quickly got us a new dish. The staff was very accommodating to the children in our group."
