"Honestly, I don’t understand the need for such loud music. It is not a club, it is not a concert; you come to the rooftop to enjoy the view with your mates, have a good talk, and generally relax. But the loud music makes it all impossible; all you hear is auto-tuned voices screaming in your brain. When I just entered that place, I wanted to leave immediately. The tables also look like they haven’t been renewed for decades."

"I found it strange that on a saturday evening when the bar was filled with people on a night out, that families where asked to go buy their first drink at the bar while the table was prepared. I was at the bar for 20 minutes (due to people having cocktails made), and had to leave my kids standing in the middle of a crowded bar. There was actually a family put on a dinner table which is in the bar and their young kids were being barged by party goers...not great."

"The food arrived promptly and was delicious. The wrap was packed with flavorful chicken, fresh vegetables, and a tasty sauce. The wings were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food from "Wraps & Wings" and will definitely be ordering from them again in the future."

"A friend visiting London was staying there and a few of us arranged to meet him in the bar before going for dinner. Greeted at the door by two men bursting with self importance. After having to call to get our friend to speak to someone in the hotel he reluctantly let us pass. We all got to the bar, ordered then noticed the place was full of old fat men and girls looking for rich fat old men. We downed our not so great cocktails (mine was a rather bitter espresso martini) and decided to leave sharpish. We checked out his room before leaving just felt gimmicky and cheap. I’ve been to quite a few places all around the world inc W Sydney and NCY but this one lacks any semblance of class and reflected by the poor attitude of the door staff. We couldn’t wait to leave happy to say I’d rather meet somewhere else"

"I can't say enough of this little caffe. fresh, clean ingredients, mostly made to home, and other ingredients are fresh made for food that everyone would enjoy. that is really a jewel hidden in the city of edinburgh. I'm so glad we walked on this street and landed in this caffe. if they happen to travel or a local in edinburgh, they do one like and visit this little but beautiful caffe. we had sandwiches with fresh bread and tried their homemade mushroom soup. very delicious! oh, and they also have baked and cake, only for the case that they want to dessert. I also had cappuccino and my wife of the elderflower sparkling water and she loved it."

"Called in for a meal before going to cinema. Had booked through an agency but this had not been notified to Chiquitos when we arrived (bad marks for Open Table . However, the 'meet and greet ' lady at Chiquitos was really delightful and sorted a table for us without any fuss at all. She made us feel very welcome and the rest of the staff were very attentive and friendly as well. Good food. No delays. No problem getting everything sorted before the cinema. Would recommend for pre- (or post- cinema meal. Looked like a 'buzzy ' place to meet for a meal with friends. Will certainly go back."

"I love the vegan pizza option at zizzi, but the choice is quite limited. I would rather visit their restaurant more often if they had only two or three more options to choose from. these options are good. they always have beautiful olives, especially the spicy, and the vegan cheese on the pizza is really good. the staff is always super friendly, and I love the venue itself, its always a great mood and the open kitchen area is a beautiful function."

"We booked a table at Kindred as we were seeing a show at the Eventim Apollo. kindred was very easy to find from Hammersmith station. Only a min walk. When we arrived at the restaurant, it was approximately mins before our booking however the staff were very lovely and accommodating. The restaurant on a whole inside was smaller however the ambience and atmosphere when you’re there is amazing. Would highly recommend for anyone who is seeing a show at The Eventim or nearby and would definitely go again x"

"It was 2 degrees outside, and about 10 degrees inside. I asked why it was so cold and was told the heating was broken. This should have been explained when we entered. Most people inside we wearing coats. the service was also very slow. That didn 't bother me too much until the end when we were still sitting there with plates around us and no offer of a desert menu. I asked for the bill and at the same time explained my thoughts on our evening there and that I felt the poor service and faulty heating should be reflected in our bill. 10 mins later I was told that they won 't be reducing our bill. I said ok, please give me your managers name and I will take it up with your head office. He then came back with the bill with a deduction of £5 for which he said I will get this in the neck later for giving me a deduction. £5 off of a bill for £90 is bare minimum and then the unnecessary guilt trip. This restaurant has a major problem, evidenced by the recent reviews on here. The food has definitely gone down hill and the service is frustratingly bad because it 's such basic things they are getting wrong."

"Received excellent customer service from Nicola (going from the name on the receipt) I had ordered mojitos Appleberry this was sweet but i liked it, also the Passion fruit mojito was nice not as sweet as appleberry. Had Nachos for starters was very fresh. Chimichangers were chicken very well made, not greasy as they are fried. For dessert I had 8 churros was very nice, fresh crispy although would have liked the chocolate dip to be thick like nuttella would have been perfect. Overall very happy with my visit. One of the only few that have survived the pandemic. Will be returning"

"Waited to be seated while 2 waitresses chatted while a queue was forming behind us Sat down at a table where there had obviously been a child as there were fries on the floor that were not cleaned up The waitress took our order and came back 5 minutes later as she couldn’t remember 2 of our drinks Waited 10 minutes for the drinks and 20 minutes for food The pasta had very little flavour but the garlic bread was nice,no bruschetta so maybe tell people that when you sit them down as 3 of our party then had no starters The drinks are the Maoist expensive on the coliseum and they are the only cashless restaurant there and encourage you to use the QR code in the table to pay to save them time,they don’t worry about getting a tip as again the only restaurant on the coliseum to add a service charge Definitely not worth the charge as service cleanliness and food nothing special"

"We made a reservation for 7:45pm, but called ahead to let them know we would be arriving at 8pm. They assured us it would not be an issue. However, when we arrived promptly at 8pm, our table had been given away. We did not have time to wait for another table, as we had already warned them we would be arriving late. Sadly, we left without having dinner. It was truly disappointing."

"My friend and myself were going to Frankie and bennys for breakfast , it said on the door that they opened at 9 , this was on Thursday! Frankie and benny staff informed us that they were only opening at 10we went to chiquitos instead I am so gad we did the breakfast and service was amazing , was back this morning again ! "great tapas and soft drinks. recommend the mango ingwer bier that has a small kick and is presented so well. very much they enjoy the diverse colorful and easy to see menu they offer here and especially love the sea cat 241 Sun-Thursday offer they do what makes when super affordable with my bestie for freky fajitas swing and we share a chike and pulled swarm and a sizzling steak between us to mix it. I could not press in a desert, but they do my favorite mint choc chip ice here, so will try to test it next time. if they ask, they may have additional flour tortillas to ensure that they show up and eat all their fajita meat and paprika. the service can be a little slow so they leave time to enjoy their meal when they are planning to watch a movie after that."

"I had never been to a Nando 's before so this is my first visit review. I was surprised how busy it was, so I guessed that it must be popular, I had to wait 15 minutes for a table to become available, that wasn 't too bad as we grabbed a drink and sat outside. It is a sizable restaurant and there are quite a lot of staff, we were called when our table for 5 adults became available. Then this is when it lost 1 star, no explanation as how to order, luckily we had one of my nieces with us and she had been to a different Nando 's many times before. So, everything is done on your mobile phone, scan a barcode on the table and create an account to be able to proceed, if my niece hadn 't been with us we wouldn 't have had a clue as to how you place and pay for your order, maybe I am just getting old and I am out of touch with the new protocol 's. After having a guided tour of what was entailed we placed our orders and the food and drinks started to arrive, this was staggered and we all started eating at different times, the food was delicious and cooked perfectly. I don 't like the fact that you have to create an account and provide your email address just to order food, this I fear will lead to a barrage of emails from partner companies etc. What happened to the good old waitress/waiter service? they brought the food and drinks to the table, so why can 't they just come to the table and take the order? Some of you may read this and say this guy is out of touch maybe I am and I will take that comment on the chin, however, what about the older generation that still don 't have mobile phones? As I said, the food was delicious but I don 't care much for the faffing about the technical way of ordering food."

"Honestly, this was a huge disappointment. We had previously visited Chiquito in Dunfermline and loved it so the expectations were high. The service was ok but nothing special, the girl who served us seemed quite bored and like she didnt want to be there but did her job fine I guess. The food arrived suspiciously quickly I got the gluten free king prawn fajitas, the skillet wasn't exactly sizzling and my meal got cold quite quickly. The flavours were good though, the fajitas had loads of onions and barely any peppers but other than that it was pretty good. There definitely could have been more salsa, guacamole, sour cream and cheese on the side, also they were all in one small bowl and got mixed up together into a gross mush. My partner ordered a torta which cost £14.99 I think? and the portion was TINY! absolutely not worth the price. Ended up spending £40 on 2 sad main courses and 2 beers and left feeling annoyed and kinda hungry. We didn't mention this to our waitress because there was nothing exactly _wrong_ with the meal, it just really wasn't worth the money at all. I still love chiquito, I just think you could do so much better :"
