"Visited for brunch for my Mums birthday this weekend. The food and wine was lovely, Caesar salad was outstanding. The views and decor in the hotel and restaurant are fantastic. What really made the trip was the service we received, all staff were so polite and even brought out a slice of cake for my Mum which we appreciated so much. Downstairs Derek, on the reception took lots of photos of us and gave us great information about London and how to get about. Will definitely be back the next time we visit!! Thank you so much for a memorable lunch for my Mums big birthday!"

"Been twice now since they introduced their separate vegan menu and both times were so tasty! Tried the Mac and cheese and the BBQ pulled jackfruit fajitas! They have a sorbet as dessert currently but the staff said they are working on introducing other dessert options! Also really like that the vegan menu is a veganised version of their main menu they've put so much effort in"

"I had been to this restaurant located in Nottingham,UK. I could not find them here but i'm rating it here : I had been here with my cousins and its a lovely place....its to die for!!! The staff are very friendly and disciplined.It has a WIFI connectivity available...you need to register first though...The food is simply amazing and delicious....If you live in the UK or anywhere...you must definitely visit this place!!!! I've been told all the Chiquito Restaurants all over are very good...personally got to experience it...Its quite expensive but the food is worth paying so much!! I would definitely visit this place next time when I visit The UK. Its a great place to hangout with family and cousins : Keep up the great work you guys have done : A humble request from is that you should open a branch in Bangalore,India. I'm sure many people would be happy to visit your restaurant.....ever since i visited your restaurant I've become a die-hard fan of the dishes you serve.....keep continuing this AWESOME WORK guys !!!! "A friend visiting London was staying there and a few of us arranged to meet him in the bar before going for dinner. Greeted at the door by two men bursting with self importance. After having to call to get our friend to speak to someone in the hotel he reluctantly let us pass. We all got to the bar, ordered then noticed the place was full of old fat men and girls looking for rich fat old men. We downed our not so great cocktails (mine was a rather bitter espresso martini) and decided to leave sharpish. We checked out his room before leaving just felt gimmicky and cheap. I’ve been to quite a few places all around the world inc W Sydney and NCY but this one lacks any semblance of class and reflected by the poor attitude of the door staff. We couldn’t wait to leave happy to say I’d rather meet somewhere else"

"Omg this place is amazing! Forget the big ice-cream chains, this is the place to go. They have a massive selection of homemade gelato ice-cream, which is the best I've ever tried to be honest and I've been to italy! Two very welcoming and friendly owners here, always smiling and chatty. "I recently visited Chiquito on Riverside in Norwich with my family to celebrate Father's Day. The food was fantastic, and everyone enjoyed their meals. Each of us chose a different dish, all of which were delicious. I opted for the Chicken Enchiladas with hot sauce, though next time I might try the spiciest option as it wasn't as hot as I had hoped. My daughter had the chilli beef tacos with mild sauce, which had a bit more heat. The tortilla chips starter was tasty, and we even got to wear sombreros to embrace the Mexican theme. The restaurant was clean and the service was friendly and attentive. The only downside was the slow service when requesting the bill and waiting for payment. However, they do offer the option to pay using their app at the table. Despite this minor inconvenience, we were happy with our overall experience. I highly recommend trying the Mexican Mess dessert."

"Tonight we served by Osman from Bristol Cribbs Causeway who gave us exceptional services, his courtesy, incredibly friendly, attentive, recommendations, and nothing is too much trouble for him He took our drinks order and asked if we’re dining out for a special occasion we told him it’s our Ange’s 70s birthday, Osman wishes Ange a happy birthday and immediately offered a free birthday drink for Ange which make her so happy and over the moon, after that he took our foods order I always ordered Xinxim, however Osman explained to me your restaurant stop doing it because allergies issue so he recommended another dish for me which was so delicious, he’s definitely having a thorough knowledge of the food in your restaurant As Osman walked pass our table he noticed we’re having a trouble to take a group picture so he offered to take few pictures for us, thank you Osman for your attentiveness to our table What a lovely night to celebrate Ange’s 70 birthday, delicious food, exceptional services from Osman and atmosphere, definitely go back We haven’t received such an exceptional services for a long long time, we are so pleased Osman served us and he is a credit to Las Iquanas"

"One of the best meals ever. After having what only can be described as an applawing service at our local Rubery branch we decided to give this one a try. Our server Andy was amazing. I was undecided on what to have as starter and main gave him a few options told me what they was explained in great detail. (Yes it's there job to do this but doing it in such detail and passion does help) The food was amazing no faults what so ever full of flavour served fairly quickly and cooked to perfection. I am very quick to pick a fault buy I can say with my hand on my heart this was on of the best meals we have ever had. The staff and cooks and management have set the bar so high and expectations are on a next level I look forward to returning and just hope it's as good."

"We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Our reservation was not recorded, so our table wasn't ready when we arrived. The service was slow, and our food came out at different times, with most of it being cold. Throughout the meal, we had various waitstaff who seemed indifferent. The prices were high for food that was just average in quality, and to top it all off, a service charge was added to the bill without any prior notice. I would suggest avoiding this place; it simply isn’t worth your money, time, or effort."

"Our main server was really nice so started well. My daughter and partner order nachos with beef they received chicken. We told our waiter who took away and returned. Unfortunately this had 6 nachos so unsure how they can say it’s loaded nachos. Main meal waitress spilled the chips from my plate over table could not even apologise and walked away. She returned with rest of food and nearly split the hot meal of my daughters on her. Again said nothing and walked away. Our waiter came over saw the chips over the table said sorry and cleared up. By this had enough. If the waitress was new all she had to say was sorry but customer service did not exist tonight. The starter and female service let this visit down badly."

"We booked a table at Kindred as we were seeing a show at the Eventim Apollo. kindred was very easy to find from Hammersmith station. Only a min walk. When we arrived at the restaurant, it was approximately mins before our booking however the staff were very lovely and accommodating. The restaurant on a whole inside was smaller however the ambience and atmosphere when you’re there is amazing. Would highly recommend for anyone who is seeing a show at The Eventim or nearby and would definitely go again x"
