"Although the burgers are nice, they are pretty small in size, £14 for small burger and lots of chips. My chips are sometimes more like crisp, thought it was a one off but no just crunchy and nothing in them. That brings to the most frustrating thing about Honest Burgers is that you CANNOT ORDER ANY BURGER SEPARATELY . Everything comes with chips, not only is it more expensive, it’s annoying because there are times that we just want burgers no chips! Sometimes I want an extra burger to try out the other options but they don’t have a menu to order separately as I checked this with them. I think it’s weird they do this. I rarely have this issue at other restaurants. Black Bear Burgers at Brixton is far better restaurant"

"Absolutely blown away with this restaurant! The food, the choices, the ambience, the service and the quality of this place is unrivalled. "We were a large group with a reservation, and although the restaurant wasn't very busy, we faced a wait of 45 to 50 minutes for our food. That's quite a long time, especially with hungry kids in tow. The lady at the bar seemed unfamiliar with the register, which delayed our order as she took time to serve drinks to other customers in between. To make matters worse, we were initially overcharged because the register hadn’t been cleared properly, and we had to start the process again. When our food finally arrived, it was delicious and served in generous portions. I believe the staff were likely disappointed with how things unfolded. They apologized for the delay, explaining that it was due to entering the wrong table number in the register, though I'm not sure how that would have impacted our wait. In the end, they did offer us free drinks as compensation, but we were so full that not many of us accepted."

"We thought we would be in the Hotel sitting on cosy sofas, like we had done a few years ago. It was a pleasant visit but would of been nicer if it had been in a cosier setting. We were kept waiting 30 minutes after the time we had booked i.e we booked for 4pm and we had to ask to be served around 4.30pm. The waiter that came to us was very apologetic and offered complimentary drinks and the afternoon tea was very nice when it arrived at our table."

"Firstly no issues with our server, she was very attentive...food selected and served without a hitch and enjoyable up until I noticed a different server cough into her hands, wipe them on her jeans and then touch her hair!!! Really, this is basic hygiene (or lack of) regardless of whether you work in hospitality or not, I did point this out to her directly to which she apologised and said she would wash her hands only to then witness a chef in an open kitchen wipe his nose then go and handle food without washing them??? Absolute disbelief...addressed my issues with a manager (I think, she was wearing a love heart cardi) off she went, no feedback from her and a bill for two at almost £70.00 inc service charge. When I approached the manager to ask why she 'd not come back to me, all I got was that she 'd spoken to them and it was a natural reaction and what do you want me to do??? it 's really NOT acceptable, it 's an absolute disgrace."

"We had a long wait for food there was us and 1 other table ordered they said they had to cook there's first we waited over 40 minutes for food . My partners chicken wings were cold we was told that was because the bbq sauce is kept in the fridge. My veggie burger was like mush and tasted like dirty fat I couldn't eat it . It was a total waste of money would not recommend."

"Visited at lunchtime on New Years Eve after a truly disastrous experience at Garrards opposite. Thankfully, Henry Burgers was every bit as good as I’d remembered it! They have a fantastic lunch deal running during the week which includes 2 burgers with fries and any two sides for under £30. I went for the HFC, a spicy buttermilk chicken burger, and my partner opted for the classic cheeseburger. Both were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and served in soft, sweet, brioche buns. For the sides we had the Mac and Cheese and the Deep Fried Pickles. Large portions of each, the macaroni was rich and full of flavour and the pickles were served with an amazing, homemade, blue cheese sauce. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because the chips were over cooked and I don’t agree with making servers wear masks in restaurants while it’s not mandatory, as it makes them hard to hear/understand when asking questions about the menu. That being said, service was quick, friendly and efficient. If you want a good burger in Leigh, then look no further. Highly recommended."

"Tiger Tiger, one of the best clubs in London... We went there on New Year's Eve and it was really worth it. Prices are fair compared to the market and the experience it offers. There were clubbing rooms offering different clubbing experiences: songs, Hip-hop and R&B, and Deep house and techno. So in case you decide to listen and dance to another type of music and setting, all you have to do is to move from one room to another within the same club. "Been to the Queens several times recently but something different tonight. Pizza was totally different than before, more akin to an iceland £3 bargain item than I have had before. Service was very slow and the pub was pretty empty. Had to leave table and ask for drinks and leave table to pay bill. Nobody asked how my food had been and no tip, I guess there is the answer? Disappointing as its my closest place but I guess I will go somewhere else next time, shame."

"When we arrived, they had no record of our booking but we managed to get a table It was so loud that the waiter had difficulty hearing what we said, very expensive, the ladies' toilets I never saw. All as there were before 80% of the toilets had no seats on them there were toilet rolls on the floor and in the Cubicles, you could not get into the sink to wash your hands as it was covered with water, the staff did not seem interested when it was mentioned to them if we had time, I would have found somewhere else to eat, but when we walk from the following road to the theater we did not have time, we personally did not go back"

"The burger was fine, better than fast food and seemingly made with fresh patties, but this is not a good burger place. The menu pricing is high and weird burger for £12.10 includes salad. Cheese is £1.20 a slice ! and then the smallest fries are £3.80. So cheeseburger and fries is £17 without a drink. They have an “offer” where you can get burger fries and drink for £12.90 plus 1.20 for cheese . The fries are frozen shoestring and are ok. Decent range of sauces provided. Wouldn’t go again, wouldn’t recommend."

"Wow blown away today by the quality of the food. The chicken strippers literally fell apart in the mouth, delicious. My main was a classic cheeseburger again mouthwatering beef patty, moist and meaty. Portion size was generous too. Service excellent, I was warned of a 30m wait but the starter came in 10m main 10m after. Was very busy yet staff still took time to check several times I was happy with my meal, I was! Cocktail pitchers good value for money at £7.99. My new favourite. Thanks guys"

"sat on tgif after we hunted a tonne of places where we could get a table for silvester. we have a reservation for approx. 10:30 and when we knew it was a late night, we were in order. we reached about 10 minutes early and we have a table. When we came in, we saw that each of the workers was dressed in funky cartoons costumes. diverse enough, captain jack sparrow was our host I must say has taken care of us, although it was silvester. we had someone with us who had been in this box so he knew what to order, and I must say, almost everything on the menu was perfect! we started with afteros with cheese and smoked chicken, which was amazing and a hen fried in jack daniels sauce. my friends ordered the porridges, bruce lee burger and I went for the classic cheeseburger. my only recommendation would be that the burger meat is cooked according to our preference. I asked that the meat is moderately rare, but I was told that the meat is all well done. did not like the sound of the sound as if it were all precooked. in any case, we were grateful that we have a nice place to enjoy the beginning of the new years where the fireworks were on screens and everyone was in festive mood. great experience, would go back to deffos."
