"The experience at the restaurant started out well with a few drinks, but quickly went downhill. The scallops in the starters were bland and the chicken wings were not up to par. After ordering another drink, there was a mix-up and we had to wait an additional 15 minutes. The main courses took 35 minutes to arrive after the starters, with lettuce wedges sitting on our table for 20 minutes. When the main courses finally arrived, my partner's was overcooked despite being ordered medium. After waiting another 25 minutes for a replacement, we decided to cancel our order and leave. The poor service was very disappointing, especially since it was supposed to be a celebration for my mother's birthday."
