"We were a group of 4 and visited this place for Dinner while we were in London last month. Situated along the river, it offers amazing views of the Tower Bridge and the skyline on the other side (mostly luxury hotels). We ordered for some beer and wine reasonable priced. We tried the Bruschetta for starters which was good. For main course we ordered Verdure Pizza, Risotto Rosso, Spaghetti Al Pomodoro which were all cooked to perfection. A friend tried the Chicken Salad which was good too. Dinner for 2 with Drinks will cost you around 40 GBP. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone looking for dining options this side. The staff was friendly and the service met expectations."

"First time visiting, thought the decor was nice and the staff were welcoming. Table was a bit sticky when we sat down but hey don't sweat the small stuff. Ordered 2 x kids dishes (3 courses for £7.50, seemed very good value) and a normal pasta dish (beef Ragu) and a pizza. The main meals took an age to arrive and when they did one of kds meals was missing, was told by the waitress it was on its way, no explanation provided and no apology when it did arrive 10 minutes later. Kids pizza was really quite small and left 6 year old still hungry. Adult pizza was decent at best however the pasta dish was tiny, honestly looked stater size. It was actually pretty good but I was still very hungry afterwards. Service was generally slow, kids desserts (ice cream) took 15 minutes to arrive. All in all it was a poor experience, staff were pleasant enough but inattentive. Unsure why service was so slow as the place was fairly busy but didn't appear to be unmanageable. There was an empty dirty table at the window when we arrived that was untouched when we left 90 mins later."

"I am GF/CF and the greeter didn't run away when I asked her for help! there were several pasta and pizza options available and the chefs took extra allergen precautions to make sure I wouldn't get sick. The food was also good and reasonably priced. For those who are just GF, there is a much broader selection and you would likely be very satisfied."

"my wife, my son and I came to visit one after I tried to avoid the hectic and the hectic of Saturday night in shrewsbury. the waitress was friendly and attentive, even prepare crayons for my son to color during the waiting; she even gave him his own small starter plate to keep him occupied. eating was really nice, not greasy or stodgy and the portions are about right. I would not have thought to recommend this place and I would like to return to the future"

"The restaurant was overbooked and the staff run off their feet. The service was extremely slow and we had a very long wait for our main course . So much so that we had to forgo coffee as it would take 15 minutes to serve us. We were told. A disappointing start to our evening. I would suggest that despite it being a busy evening the booking staff should have considered the effect this would have on the kitchen staff to present the meals timely and efficiently."

The bread with flavored butters was good, but the butter seemed frozen and difficult to spread. The arancini balls were heavy and came with a dense, cold sauce. My partner enjoyed his chicken main course, while my spaghetti with veg balls was overcooked and flavorless. The staff were attentive and friendly. The next night, we ate at the bar, where my partner liked his beef burger, but my overcooked beetroot burger was difficult to eat. The tzatziki was disappointing. The bar area was nicely decorated. Overall, I was disappointed with the vegetarian options."

"we have ordered to collect and the service was amazing. pizza was finished within 22 minutes. that was the best pizza we had from anywhere. no dreadful fat like dominos etc. and really authentic. the basic was so tasty, the correct amount of sauce and mozzarella. no ceddar in itself, really great choice of the torf. my man and I had a different pizza and we both loved it! also felt not terrible after that, but as if we were eating something really fresh instead of filling food. will come back in any case. the restaurant is really cooled and the staff is really friendly. amazing!"

Firstly, rude arrogant cocky waiter, secondly overpriced £13) salad, it was basically a plate of lettuce but was supposed to be a thinly sliced beef salad there were 4 little bits of wafer thin beef, with no dressing, I asked for some balsamic vinegar and the cocky waiter tried to give me some Sarsons malt vinegar, there was no bread with it a complete rip off. I asked the waiter if he was the boss, surprise surprise he said no, of course if he was the boss he wouldn’t have offered such a terrible experience. Avoid, much better options on Gloucester Road."

"There's no denying the pizza is delicious. It really is. But I've ordered from them twice now and both times I've had issues. The first time the delivery time was delayed by more than an hour. The estimated time just kept getting pushed back and back. This time the delivery was bang on time and the pizzas were hot but mine didn't include the two extra toppings I paid for (which actually aren't cheap) and the drink we ordered wasn't right either. It's such a shame because they're a good independent but it's difficult to order from regularly when you can't trust what will turn up. But.... the pizza (when hot, delivered in reasonable time and correctly made up) is excellent."

"Friend of mine staying here right now and is scared! She just had 3 men knock on her door there’s no peep hole to check who it is, no door stopper to close the door so it won’t fully open. She was terrified as they tried to speak to her and luckily her instinct to shut the door kicked in otherwise who knows where that could have went. No one has picked up at reception/front desk and she is terrified and will be up all night making sure nothing happens to her ready to dial the police if someone knocks again. This is totally unacceptable, they need security or other security measures in place to avoid this."
