"Wonderful service. Attentive but also didn’t interrupt our meal with needless questions. The blues music played on their jukebox was a joy and the food was just sublime and I’ve recently eaten at the 3 Michelin starred Manoir Quat Saison in the UK (this had the same ambition). The chef came out and introduced himself and he cooked more or less in front of us through a glass partition."
